This was one of her bigger Christmas gifts and it said “The Beachwaver” all over the box!! So she already knows that she is getting it for Christmas. I wish Beachwaver would send the packages in a more discreet box especially, knowing that Christmas is coming and it’s more than likely a gift for someone!! My only complaint is that if I click on a link in a text they’ve sent me it will pull the web browser versus the app. Which would be fine if the app and browser worked simultaneously. They are very minimalist and do not hold. Beware if you subscribe and you do not like the product, you cannot return it for a refund. You are stuck with something you can’t use that you hate! ### 1/5 — App isn’t opening *2023-04-01, version 6.8* I downloaded the app, but it’s frozen on the cover screen with the picture of products. I had to Google Beachwaver to place an order. Also, I had 2 issues: 1. As I was ordering, I got a message that I could try the Shine Spray for $12, so I added it to my cart. When I reviewed the order, it showed $28 and didn’t give me the discount price, so I removed it. 2. I had a $118 order. Got a message that I had unlocked free shipping. I put in the MaryJane code, and with taxes my total came to $62.54 My checkout screen still showed Free Shipping. I clicked continue, added my payment info, and the next screen added $9.99 to my order. 😕 I went back and forth a few times and added products and it still told me that I had “unlocked” free shipping. The MARYJANE” code was still visible and the checkout screen showed FREE SHIPPING. When I clicked continue to pay, the next screen added the $9.99 in again. That was frustrating, because at the top of my screen it had in RED letters “you’ve unlocked free shipping”. I thought I had won something by ordering a certain product or it was a promotion for a first-time order…I guess the message was an April Fool’s Joke. I logged in on another device and searched for shipping: I found a screen that advertised “free shipping” with $100 order or join VIP. So I added products to get a $200 order, and w/ the MARYJANE code, my total was $100 and the Free Shipping showed up. I got a B1 Beachwaver as a gift. My curls look good for a few hours, but they fall out; I was only using a heat protector spray and hairspray. I am excited to try your styling products & techniques and hopefully will get longer lasting curls up to 3 days (like the tutorials say) would be nice. Thank you for your time. I spent over $100 on the 1.25 and my hair wouldn’t hold the curls like it did with the 1. They give you 4 reasons to chose from. The only one I qualified for in their opinion was the under warranty return. Like if it won’t turn on and that sort of reason. My reason for return was that my hair is thin and it kept tangling when the spinner was turned on. So I wasn’t getting the Eduardo I was looking for. I wasn’t blaming the product itself. It just won’t work for my personal hair needs. I was not eligible even for a “store” credit or any kind of credit. So be careful, if it just doesn’t suit your needs, you won’t get a refund or credit of any kind. 😣 ### 2/5 — So tricky this company *2024-07-17, version 8.5* When something happens for the first time you say “ok it’s just a glitch they’ll adjust the price but when it happens for the 2nd 3rd n now the 4th time it’s because they are just tricky thieves. So let me tell you what has happened to me now for the 3rd time and nobody is working now bc it’s after hours. I used one of my vouchers. This one was for 30$. It was applied until I checked out. It changed my cost back to the original amount in literally a blink of an eye. I didn’t want to lose another pastel curling iron bc I lost the sky blue and still haven’t seen it come bck in stock (which I’m not surprised bc I’ve been waiting now for 2 yrs for the restoration shampoo n conditioner and now the conditioner for the pink tube Nothing seems to ever come back to stock ) so i didn’t want to lose the sage and lavender irons. When this has happened they never credited my card nor gave me store credit. So this will be my last time getting anything from this company if i don’t receive this 30$ back on my credit card. Let’s see. And bc of this I had to take another iron off my order. These prices are amazing and i really hope I’m able to get a lavender B1.25 for my niece w this affordable price a person solely on disability can afford. N a sky blue B.75 or B1 for my baby sister. They love the Beachwaver it’s their go to and mine! We all three have really long hair and our hair stays curled all day! With the heat protection and the braid balm I can’t say enough I just love the products and everyone is always asking were I got all my products (before it was sold at Target) because my kids do sports and their hair has to be braided, pony, or a bun! So braid balm helped a lot with that and keeping it smooth!! I love the smells also of ALL the products!! It’s absolutely amazing. I bought my first one last year, I did not like the first one I bought, but it worked great but I end up buying the S 75 and I absolutely love it. It is perfect. How holds my curls and a lot better than the first one I bought and it is absolutely hands-down. The greatest thing I bought, I will keep continuing buying their products. I love their curl spray. I love their other products and their hair clips. And I sent a Comment on how do I get my hair to start growing back in healthy and reduced the fallout? She said to use the bring balance oil on my scalp with the scalp massager and us the stay strong before I wash my hair. I started to see less and less fall out and my hair is finally growing back and looks so healthy. I use there Co. wash, bring balance oil, second chance dry shampoo, lux leave in, inner strength, me and my curls, dream big on days I want more volume, Team Texture, thanks to these products I can say my hair is the best it has looked since I was a young girl. I have no more hair falling out it's thicker and more vibrant.
