Weird log in issues surrounding Face ID. Now you have to make the transfer, wait a day or two for it to fully process, and the go back and add the notes to be the from and the to accounts. I want to do banking quickly. The wrong username or password. Been on the phone 4 times with the bank. Walked me through it and user names comes up right but they make me change the password again. I also have face recognition. I never had a problem with Bank RI with signing in. I appreciate how it automatically takes the photo of the check once you have it properly in frame. Now it’s impossible and frustrating ! Also , when someone sends money via Zelle goes directly to my savings !! It should not be that way . Very annoying ! The technology obviously existed. When I asked about it the response was no longer available. They suggested I copy all checks before depositing them. Obviously they are scanned and I deposit 100 plus checks per month. When you go to sign back in, you have to enter your password, every time!!! It’s a funny little inside joke the developers put in there! It shows very little account information, is not easy to navigate at all and is in general a fairly frustrating and disappointing experience. The app is only slight better. Tough to navigate.
