Sorta like switching from portrait to landscape for second picture! Very hard to get all 4 corners in the field. This has been going on at least a year. I have asked BFCU to report problem but it has not been fixed. Very irritating! AND after you review the deposit it goes straight to “close the app”! I’d like to be able to do other transactions inside my account after making the deposit and not have to sign all the way back in. And it says “you already have the app open” but it makes you sign back in. It’s been crashing more than ever before. Deleted the app and restarted the phone and still experiencing app crashes. ### 5/5 — BFCU mobile app *2018-06-28, version 3.0* Works perfectly 99% of the time. When I called the cu about my issue I was instructed to delete the app on my phone and reload but my issue of not being able to “review” my mobile deposit from this morning made the app crash as it was doing before delete and reload. I’m confident it will be repaired as they are very good about keeping everything running smoothly. Just let me bank I’ll complain to a live person if need be. ### 1/5 — App Is Useless *2024-10-17* I’ve been a member since 2016 and this bank has always been 10 years behind technology compared to other companies. The app crashes often, when it does work, there is missing features causing me to delete/redownload the app, really frustrating trying to handle anything with the company when the technology doesn’t work and it’s never updated. I have been with them for 5 years and still no change or upgrades. So I opened a second bank account with another bank just to manage my bills online. They make so much money off of my city with no improvements to the software or convenience of their online app. I’ll be done with them by EOY. ### 2/5 — Too confusing *2021-06-19, version 5.3* This app works and it does want its intended but it’s too confusing it takes 5 steps just to even check your balance when it takes other bank apps Face ID or a password. Simple is better, they need to move all the options on the first screen to a side menu and have the balances there as soon as you open it and put in password or Face ID ### 2/5 — CRASHING *2020-12-18, version 5.3* I have tried to get on it a few times to deposit my check and when the notice that you have to put “for mobile deposit only” on your check pops up it crashes. ### 3/5 — Great app but *2019-08-08, version 4.1* The app isn’t working right now.
