Spent about an hour with customer service to get it to accept my log in. Now for the third time, doesn’t accept my email or password, and can’t get past that so can’t even use my username either. This is supposed to make things easier since I don’t have a vehicle and use a walker most days to get around. ### 1/5 — New look and functionality stinks *2023-08-24* Logs you out after inactivity so you’ll never see an update or message from management because you’re not logged in. The new cartoon look is way more difficult to navigate. I would delete it but you need it to request maintenance. If there was a way to roll back to the previous system I would. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2023-07-20* Now that I upgraded I am unable to login to the app. Now what happens from this point? Can I downgrade??? ### 1/5 — Can’t get past password into app *2021-08-16, version 4.4* Some new update now some folks Montgomery Mill can’t get into it. Myself and several neighbors are locked out. Management spent 45 minutes with one resident trying to get it open pass the username password screen. ### 1/5 — Code not sent me *2020-09-14* I was not sent the code, so I could not complete the sign on process. ### 1/5 — Does not work! *2019-12-26* I’ve downloaded this a couple of times and can’t seem to get pass the second page and it never sends you the code.
