BEACON empowers your organization to effectively and efficiently safeguard you and your colleagues. Using proactive communication, direct access to assistance, and rapid response capabilities, it enhances situational awareness and safety in dynamic environments.

BEACON supports you and your organization in managing emergencies with clarity and control, keeping teams informed, streamlining response efforts, and accounting for staff safety.
 
BEACON acts as a reliable lifeline by supporting organizations in protecting you and fulfilling their duty of care.


The BEACON mobile app:
•	Duty of Care: During a crisis, you can notify your organization by using a “panic button”, immediately sending an alert to request assistance.
•	Advisories: Keeping you informed with relevant information on emerging threats and critical incidents tailored to where you are.
•	Staff Headcounts: Prior to and during an incident, BEACON facilitates headcounts to account for your status and current location, giving you the ability to mark yourself as OK or Not OK.
•	Geolocation: You can opt-in to share your location with your organization to enhance situational awareness. It helps with coordinating responses, especially during an incident.
•	Instant Messaging: Shortening the lines of communication between you and your organization.
•	Structured Reporting: Allowing you to report security risks and incidents to your organization.

BEACON leverages industry standards technologies and methods to always ensure the security of your data.

- Minor bug fixes and improvements to advanced reports 
- Added extra logging to organisation login process

- Adjusted convoy interval times to reduce time between updates 
- Fixed bug with date time selection within reports where initial selection was failing to be captured until the value changed. 
- Authentication process simplified with a number input field for the email code, no longer obscured with a hidden field.
