「領域観測」「距離の測定」という二つの機能を手軽に体験できるよう開発したアプリです。

また、本アプリは

［iBeacon＆Eddystone］統計・防災・位置情報がひと目でわかるビーコンアプリの作り方（技術評論社）

の付録的な位置づけでもあり、書籍内では本アプリのソースコードの一部を掲載しています。
