C’est une application complète avec l’ensemble des fonctionnalités nécessaires pour les créateurs. Par contre, je ne comprends pas pourquoi une si bonne application n’offre pas la possibilité de changer de langue. Nous qui ne sommes pas aussi bonne application n’offre en anglais avons vraiment du mal à en profiter.

I’m really not impressed when trying to build appointments on this app it bugs out on changing from heading to paragraph and vise Versa. Small little things like this and not up to date analytics on website and phone is disappointing!

The app is having problems loading the plans and payment page and so I went online and it won’t let me cancel my subscription cause it keeps saying it’s not working. Figure it out then?? Also I tried contacting customer service and surprise surprise, I can’t do that either. I’d give 0 stars for continuing to steal my money and not letting me cancel but one will have to do.

For the second time now, I’m extremely frustrated with Beacons. Last month I paid for the $30 plan, and the month before that I paid for the Pro plan plus the custom domain (which I paid for yearly).
My Pro plan was still active, but I canceled it only to stop the next payment. Instead, I immediately lost all Pro benefits, even though I had already paid for the current month and still had 5 days left. I assumed I’d be able to use what I paid for until the billing period ended, but that wasn’t the case.
On top of that, the custom domain I paid for for the entire year was removed as well. I paid for a year, yet it disappeared the moment I canceled the Pro plan. Now my store can’t even be found anymore.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Everything just seems to keep getting worse with Beacons, and at this point I’m seriously considering switching to Stan Store instead.

this app is soooo slow on mobile & ipad. It load everytime i open the app. Wifi is completely fine. I have to constantly swipe up the app & reopen it just for it to work. I can’t connect my payments because the button isn’t even working. For a first time user this sucks. This app needs SO much improvement, i’d prefer shopify.

Upon downloading the app tried to access your Apple ID like it has a key logger. I do not recommend this. Please take care of your personal information. I don’t know why Apple allows these products in its market. It is acting very fishy.

I have multiple accounts and linking to Instagram or Meta is creating problems because it keeps disconnecting the other accounts and for each account I have to keep reconnecting it which I know will disconnect the other accounts.  It is ridiculous if you are trying to monitor analytics.

I initially used the Beacons website as an efficient way to organize my links and create an appealing landing page for customers. However, I encountered some confusion when attempting to upload images. The website prompted me to “get started by adding a Beacons app,” which I assumed referred to the app itself. Unfortunately, opening the media section within the app led to the same message. I would appreciate assistance on how to effectively upload images within the platform. Thank you!

This is is so messed up when trying to register. It either redirect you back to the screen, says user attempt failed, or gives you a different error. I tried for 20 minutes and gave up wasting my time.

The app and website are not working for me as far as viewing all brand partners and case studies.  When I click on the “show more” arrows for both sections, nothing happens so there is no way for a brand to view all partners or see all case studies. Please advise on if this is a known issue and when this can be fixed.  It has been this way for some time now. Also it is super frustrating that there is no way to contact support other than an email.  Furthermore I just received a response to my email asking for help on this and it said the entire team is gone at a convention for 10 days and I’d hear back from them after that…so unprofessional.

Nothing more frustrating than a customer clicking the link in your bio and your storefront doesn’t load and gives an error message. Great way to lose business. And the app doesn’t function properly either. If you click on different tabs within the app, you’re given a blank white page with no option to click on anything and have to do a hard shutdown and then reopen to reboot it. Taking my business elsewhere.

Increased reliance on AI has rendered this app virtually unusable. I’d rather spend hours building a link in bio on my own website than trying to continue working with this one.

I am an up-and-coming author. I have books on Amazon Barnes & Noble, all these things and so I was trying to maybe do just a simple link or they can buy it there, but it won't even allow me to make it past the first step. I put my username for I'm on the social media platforms, it says not acceptable. It says it accepts it, but still doesn't accept it. Then when I try to put the link into it instead, it tells me that it is too long! Y'all need to just go ahead and get rid of this bc this is crazy!! it should never be that hard to do something so simple so I understand why people go to Linkbio because this does not make any sense

Also please add 1 memberships for free but 12% seller fees. To upsell people to store pro. 
& make pro 5% seller fees.
Whop is free & Low fees please make it more affordable & more perks as the value needs to be there. Give us the ability to make multiple beacons link in bios as a subscription on paid plans so we can make link in bios for models.
& have a discount added to their link in bio pro etc plans by 50%.

I was using LinkTree for years, but they recently changed some things and I was wasn't able to use features that I was using before. With Beacon, I was able to do those features & more. I feel like this app has more customization options than LinkTree with the free version. I'm obsessed, definitely recommend!
