I had a subscription for FOUR YEARS and now it’s all gone and wasted! Wish I had bought paper magazines! Can’t even work out how to contact someone to help as I don’t have a membership number as I paid via iTunes. Hopeless waste of my money. ### 1/5 — Almost impossible to open the app! *2020-06-26* I’ve been trying to open the app for over ten minutes, and all I get is the front page with a whirly wheel going round and round. It won’t open or load so my subscription is pointless. I’ve managed to open the app once, it took 30 minutes just to be able to see the issues I’ve got. Truly the worst app I’ve ever used, it because my subscription is through iTunes I’m stuck with it.
