Your friends are sitting on photos of you that you've never seen. It’s time to change that. Beam is the social camera roll. Add your friends to your roll and Beam finds the photos they have of you, and the ones you have of them, so everyone can see a different POV from the same moment. No more "send me those pics", no more waiting for weeks, no more digging through a group chat to find the one you want. Great for friend groups, roommates, couples, and anyone who takes more photos than they ever send. HOW IT WORKS - Add friends to your roll - Beam finds shared moments across your friends from trips, events and time spent together - Select the photos you want your friends to see in one tap - Find and save pics of yourself - Pick your favorites or save all of them to your camera roll in one tap - Intersections shows you everyone's POV of the same moment - React to friends' photos with comments and emojis - Turn your best moments into stories and digital memories to share with your friends BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE TAKING PHOTOS If your camera roll is a reflection of your life, your memories shouldn't be trapped in it. Beam gives them a place to live, with the people who were there. - Stop asking friends to send photos - They show up on their own - Full-quality photos, not compressed screenshots - Only the friends you add to your roll see anything - Built for trips, parties, nights out, game days, and everything in between Download Beam, add your first friend, and see what they've been hiding in their camera roll. It’s so new and I feel so comfortable posting casually without that pressure. Love it! ### 5/5 — Obsessed *2026-10-07* As someone who has an insane amount of pictures in my camera roll I tend to just forget about, it’s awesome to have somewhere to put them and curate them in a more causal way than insta. I especially love looking back at all my memories I’ve posted. Such a great concept for an app and I’ll definitely keep using it! ### 5/5 — SUPER USER FRIENDLY AND CUTE *2026-10-07* Beam is so easy to use, the interface is super cute and it makes sharing photos super easy! I’m able to curate photo dumps with recommended photos with the same vibe, same date, or location which honestly makes it so much easier to add pics. I absolutely LOVE the e new widgets and zines that you are able to add to your insta story cus it’s super adorable! ### 5/5 — if youre HOT ASF, get this app NOWWW *2026-09-27* omg I actually love this app so so much!!!! i feel like there are so many organizing apps for everything but photos and beam really just does it perfectly!! i love curating and organizing my pictures whether it’s to post or js scroll thru and beam is so easy to use. ### 5/5 — my fav app for keeping memories *2026-08-27* I’ve been using Beam to keep all my memories from my camera roll and it’s amazing seeing my friends posting their photos of day to day lives on the app! ### 5/5 — i love this 😭😭 *2026-08-27* it’s so nice to have a place to post more casually + all the features are SO FUN. beam feels like a safe place to post cutie pictures 🩷 ### 1/5 — Poor & Unprofessional Treatment of UGC Creators *2026-07-31* Their team was very misleading with their hiring process, and did not honor the contract they had me sign. Specifically told me they were looking to hire someone for a long-term collaboration, then after I spent MANY hours onboarding for them and rejected other campaign offers, they let me go even though “it didn’t have anything to do with my content or work”, but because they decided to change their whole marketing strategy. Also didn’t honor a clause in their contract for a 1-week termination notice. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing behavior. **Developer response:** We are really sorry you were not satisfied with the resolution we agreed to offline -- we are more than happy to resolve this! We reached out to you over email and text several times if you are still looking for a more favorable resolution. Beam ### 5/5 — Refreshing *2026-07-24* I love what this app is. Please don’t add an explore or reels/shorts button ever. This app feels refreshing to share photos similar to Pinterest but more centered on what we upload rather than discovery. You guys rock !! Good update would be ability to private our profile :) otherwise I’m enjoying it **Developer response:** We are inviting users in waves while we continue to polish the experience! Reach out to me at conner@beam.link and we can get you set up. ### 5/5 — Very good *2026-07-24* My favorite app ### 5/5 — beam > ig *2026-07-16* think: instagram meets pinterest, meets aesthetic pics- but less pressure. i love that it helps pick photos from your camera roll- it helps me find moments i completely forgot about (as someone with 52,547 photos) that i love. it's so awesome to see others' cool photos & film pics & whatnot & i ADORE the app. it'd be cool if there were more communities (especially local ones- i live near a larger city & would love to connect with other users near me) but i understand the app is in its early phase, and for someone who signed up before it even dropped (& downloaded it the day i got the link) i really do love the concept & execution. there are a few things it's missing, sure, but i think given just a little time, it will be SPECTACULAR. i encourage you to check it out if you're on the fence, because beam is already so interesting, fun to play around with, & cool to connect with others & see their photos :) <3 the beam team! ## Frequently asked questions about Beam ### What is Beam?
