The quality of movies and series are fantastic

I enter my login credentials and get a blank screen. This has been happening for over a year. The app is useless, you have to login via laptop / desktop to watch anything.

Granted, I'm using an old iPad, but if you don't support it this iOS version/hardware configure you should probably set those requirements in the App Store rather than just letting the app die after the user has mucked around downloading and installing it.

Downloaded new version of app as you say sound fixed.  Video plays ok but still no audio on iPad Pro running iOS 13.7. Also cannot cast to TV. Cmon guys the sound problem has been reported ages ago by others.
