The image crop tool is not accurate and does not match what is shown on the badge after uploading. Frustrating, but otherwise the app does its job.

Talked to the creators and they fixed the issue for me. The customer service is fantastic and the pin works great now now that I am able to use it. Very kind individuals and very great product.
