## What is BEAMS Companion?

NOTE: Unless you are a subcontractor, This application requires a full license to the BEAMS Software system. 

Setting up BEAMS Companion requires some technical expertise and support is not covered under the BEAMS Maintenance Contract. We recommend using an IT specialist to set it up. See the BEAMS help file or www.beamsbuild.com.au/help/BEAMS_Mobile.htm for information regarding setting up the server.

This version of BEAMS Companion is compatible only with BEAMS 4.1 or newer. 

Are your supervisors and subcontractors tired of carrying around a laptop with a mobile broadband card or calling the office every time they need to know something about a job?

Thanks to BEAMS Companion, this situation is now a thing of the past! Your supervisors will be able to find out information about a job quickly and easily using our newest product.

All data that is stored in the office will be available to the supervisor with just a few button presses. The supervisor will even be able to modify things that he may need, such as changing the schedule date if things get delayed.

Send messages between the mobile device and the office, view floor plans on the go, see the items that need your current attention at a glance, look up client information. These are just some of the features of BEAMS Companion.
