• Brew Mode: a guided flow from setup to timer to tasting, prefilled from your
  last brew and pre-corrected with the advice from your history.
• Smart dial-in advisor: get a clear "grind finer / coarser / keep it"
  recommendation that learns how your grinder responds, and factors in shot
  time, first drip and your water.
• New tasting system: rate every brew and diagnose the extraction on a
  sour-to-bitter scale, with an optional SCA flavour wheel, mouthfeel and
  fault tags.
• Shot timer with bloom and first-drip markers.
• New home screen: your full brew history, searchable and filterable.
• Beans now hold origin, process, variety and roast level; batches track bag
