### 2/5 — Trash

*2026-08-10, version 2.7.59*

Just really bad. About 10 better apps you could spend money on

### 2/5 — Updatesssss

*2026-05-20, version 2.7.35*

Whats up with these updates almost every week

### 2/5 — Latest update is poor

*2026-05-19, version 2.7.33*

The latest update for this app isn’t great. The app itself has been very useful for my routes at work, but with the latest update, the numbers are stuck onto each stop, and I’m no longer able to optimize the stops numerically the way I like to. It leaves me disorganized and flustered.

### 2/5 — a few suggestions to make this app competitive with groundcloud

*2026-04-24, version 2.7.22*

two relatively simple features: let us manually sequence our routes. i don’t want to select my first and last stop and the computer does the rest, i want to plot my exact route as things change every single day and it’s a madsive waste of time trying to adjust your app on the fly. two: a mute button for the gps. i don’t use your app for navigation simply because the gps lady interrupts my music. beans is a decent app but we need the features that make the other apps lightyears better.

### 3/5 — Suggestion

*2026-04-11, version 2.7.16*

Might I make some suggestions?

The road lines, make them alittle darker. Easier to see when zoomed out.

Make the dots not so huge, alittle smaller. And just round, pass on Tear drop shaped. If they’re too big They overlap when zoomed out.

Remove the excess labels, I don’t need to see the building labels. I.E-Walmart, chevron, toy store. drivers just need to see the street, and the dot. Everything else is just clutter.

allow my drivers to move dots. I’m only capable of driving one route at a time, it’s going to take me forever to fix dots. VS 25 drivers who can move dots. It’s 25x faster and more efficient if everyone can help perfect the mapping system.

Last, the stop per hour up at the top for my drivers plz. I dont have the time of day to keep telling them how their doing, or arguing speed because im the only one who can see it. I need to Hold themselves accountable.

Thank you. I hope this goes somewhere.

### 2/5 — Unable to edit notes

*2026-03-05, version 2.5.79*

If you type information into the notes section on an address, the icon to go in there and edit the notes disappears if the note section is too long. You are only able to edit your notes if the notes are kept short under a certain character limit. If the note section is long then the edit button disappears and you cannot go in there and change your notes.
*This is extremely frustrating.* The effect of this flaw is that if someone puts a very long body of text in the note section under an address, no one else can go in there and change it anymore because the icon disappears from the screen when the notes are too long. I really wish they would fix this.

### 1/5 — Son una mierds

*2026-02-17, version 2.5.79*

No sirven

### 1/5 — Way too confusing

*2026-02-04, version 2.5.77*

Was working with Package route (near perfect app) for years and recently they shut down. Was told to download this trash app. Near impossible to use while trying to navigate to the next stop. Glitches show stops that just stay in one spot on the screen as you thumb around the map. Having apartments is impossible to know if there's multiple stops in the building because their plots are stacked directly on top of one another. And if their plot isn't in the right spot on the map, there's no way to edit the "mistake." This app isn't user friendly in any sense. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hate leaving bad reviews as if I could develop an app at all, but this is just a complete mess for delivery drivers doing nearly 200 stops a day.

### 4/5 — Delivery Pin

*2026-02-02, version 2.5.75*

The app is great but can you give us the option to adjust the delivery pin. Most of the time it’s not accurate and I have to use other alternatives to find the location. Thanks.

### 1/5 — Has potential

*2025-12-05*

We used to use an app called “Package Route.” It was far easier to understand and so much less cluttered. There weren’t a million shapes for what the stops were, just colors. Pure green meant it was a delivery. Green with a purple outline meant it was express. Blue meant it was a pickup, blue with a purple outline meant it was express pickup. If multiple things were going to the same address, instead of a stop number in the node, it would be a hashtag. Tapping on the hashtag would bring a drop down menu showing you every stop at that address. It was an extremely simple system, the address nodes were actually on the right locations and you didn’t have to wonder if you were actually going to the right spot or you were going to be a few miles off. Package Route updated your stops almost as fast as the scanner without you having to manually close them out and they accounted for ALL your stops you complete by graying them out unlike Beans. Sadly Package Route was bought out by a worse delivery app development team and immediately shut down. Because you know, can’t have competition that actually knows what they’re doing and all. So my company said Beans was the next best app. It can be if they look to Package Route for their design and functionality. After all, they’re not using it anymore.

### 1/5 — BC for FedEx

*2025-11-20, version 2.5.68*

It’s absolutely terrible

### 2/5 — Beans Navigation

*2025-10-07, version 2.5.62*

I don’t understand why FedEx uses the Beans app when GroundCloud already exists. Beans could be a solid tool if it offered true in-app navigation, but having to leave the app to open Apple Maps makes it far from hands-free.

GroundCloud is much more user-friendly and driver-focused — everything stays in one place with real turn-by-turn navigation. That makes it safer and more efficient since drivers don’t have to mess with their phones on the road.

In my opinion, any FedEx driver looking for a reliable, truly hands-free system should use GroundCloud instead. It’s smoother, safer, and designed with the driver’s workflow in mind.

### 1/5 — Recent changes

*2025-09-26, version 2.5.60*

Beans has never been a perfect app however a little while ago they decided to take all the apartments and make it appear as a single stop which you need to inspect in order to figure out where to go, the problem is beans often messes up and won’t combine all the stops so when you inspect it you may skip over a couple other stops and have to go back, it’s just such an awful idea and I have no clue why they implemented it in the first place

### 2/5 — I’m better than its suggestions

*2025-09-03, version 2.5.56*

The app has no clue on how to set up my route and needs an option to move stops individually

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ut sucks

*2026-08-04, version 2.7.57*

Zero stars

### 1/5 — Do Better

*2026-08-02, version 2.7.57*

Beans Route is absolute garbage. Only thing worse is actually using Forge. Multi Stop Addresses like apartments and businesses with different suite numbers suck to deal with. They just layer the stops on top of each other when they should explode out like package route used to do and show you all the stops at that location. Then when you complete the top stop it just goes green and stays on top of the other stops that still need to be done completely covering them up. I could simplify this app and make it a great tool that all DSPs would love to use, but I doubt the devs will even read this review.

### 1/5 — Delivery

*2026-08-01, version 2.7.57*

It doesn't let you set the colors for each number section.

When you click on the delivery option, a large box appears at the bottom showing the address and the SID; it’s so big that it blocks the view of the map—they really should save space so the map is clearly visible.

### 1/5 — Worst route app

*2026-07-25, version 2.7.55*

Beans route is the worst route app there is. We used an app called package route which was great but then got bought out. Beans requires an update every other day, you have to reset it multiple times because stops won’t disappear, if you have multiple deliveries for 1 address beans makes it multiple dots and you can’t see other behind the one in front. All in all just not a good app for routes.

### 1/5 — F- tier routing app

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.49*

I hate this app. This is worse than GroundCloud and the holy grail packageroute. This app doesn’t group stops in apartments trailer parks suites etc, because they tout easy pinpoint to find said apartment etc. that means I have to trailblaze and mark every apartment (1-100 apartments) trailers (1-100 trailers) it gets old and annoying and the feature to move the pinpoint is annoying to navigate. Have a option to group stops together please

### 1/5 — Stop asking for review

*2026-06-18, version 2.7.43*

It’s better than the company system

### 1/5 — Routing & stops

*2026-06-03, version 2.7.35*

Beans routes is not what it says it is they tell they fix one thing and do another when you fix a route to your liking and to avoid traffic you can not do it because they still do it to their liking they need to stop following numbers & analysis & hire real drives who know the streets to help fix their system

### 1/5 — No good

*2026-05-06, version 2.7.27*

How many stops have I missed because beans likes to group apartments together. This was never a problem with package route. I’m better off using the scanner.

### 1/5 — I know my route better

*2026-04-09, version 2.7.14*

Please allow me to individually put each stop in order I know my route better than your suggested route

### 1/5 — Beans

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2025-05-20, version 2.5.44*

Awesomely

### 5/5 — Problems

*2024-11-20*

I’m not able to add stops manually
I remember i used to be able to add stops with no problem at all

### 5/5 — Very clumsy

*2024-11-02*

No satellite view. Often need to hit gps button multiple times to get correct directions. 3 screens to navigate. Difficult to optimize if stops are added late.
