I like that it helps people start small and learn about building wealth over time. The app is straightforward and easy to navigate. Great for someone who wants a simple way to get started investing. The one issue I had was that when I tried to reach out to customer support to just change my phone number, it took them 2-3 weeks to respond. It seems that the only way to reach them is via email even though they have a phone number on their Instagram page which always goes to voicemail. Now, all day it won’t load or login! Tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now I just get a “Failed to get user services”. My problem is, that you are a platform/business that has people’s money that they cannot access which may cause undo stress which is not needed when your services doesn’t work properly and when there is no notification of such services working correctly and we cannot see or get to our money “we” feel your platform is a scam or something like that.
