This law requires paid app developers to provide their address and phone number. As an individual developer, I'm unable to afford the cost associated with providing a new address and phone number, effectively making it challenging to continue distributing the app in the EU region. For the time being, I'll continue to offer apps in the EU region as free app. However, depending on how the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) is interpreted, it may need to cease distributing the app. ### 2/5 — Great app but…. *2025-02-08* Overall I love this app. It is easy to use and has the ability to put dates into documents for me. There is a major problem with restore. It doesn’t work. To backup the data is easy. To restore the data is is possible. I have tried both ways to restore and it doesn’t work. I have opened and selected the data but it resumes to load. Update - Deleted another star as developers refuse to help me fix the restore problem that still doe not work. Update - 02/07/25 - Still unable to get the backup from my iPhone 14 to uninstall on my iPad mini. Your questions 1. The exact model of your device and the iOS version you are using. iPhone -iPhone 14 (IOS 18.3) iPad mini. (iOS 18.3) 2. The file extension and file name of the backup you created. When I creat it, I save it to notes per you link and it says BearKeyboard (Feb 7, 2025, 19/41) .wordlightDB 3. If possible, screenshots or a short video showing the crash when it occurs. I never said it crashed. I said it DOES NOT LOAD the backup. When I click on the file and it says share as per your instructions, I DO NOT see Bear in does not show up in the list of files. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review and for sticking with us while we work to improve the restore process. Whether I'm drafting an email or taking notes, having the ability to search the web instantly is a huge plus. The thesaurus function is perfect for finding just the right word when I'm writing. I appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. Being able to use ChatGPT for free online without leaving the conversation screen is fantastic. Overall, it's a smart and versatile tool that enhances productivity.
