10% promo is misleading. Read the smalll print, only applies to ONLINE purchases and the app itself takes an age to set up.

Takes forever to download the app, create an account, and order a drink. Why can’t it be simple? Do you really need an account and giving your date of birth just to get a coffee?

Always good coffee and dog friendly. Tried the barbacoa beef on toast with  the addition of za’atar mushrooms and it was really tasty.

The loyalty points “square loyalty” dont work at all at the moment. After successfully putting in the confirmation code sent to my phone number to sign up for the loyalty program, there is an error.

UPDATE: a developer responded to my review and suggested emailing their team to manually set up my loyalty account. I did so and got a quick and simple response. Loyalty points are working now :)

If you wouldn't mind popping us an email us at loyalty@bemorebear.co (or even just a quick message on Facebook or Instagram!) we can get your Loyalty account activated manually for you, whilst we work on a wider fix with our developer!
