### 3/5 — Just starting out trying this

*2026-08-21, version 1.0.607*

Can you fix the overlap, can’t read the whole screen, bottom is cut off by the NEXT button.

### 4/5 — Updated now that I’ve used it more

*2026-08-17, version 1.0.607*

I wrote an earlier review about not finding the app super useful yet, and I’m updating to say I don’t think previously I had given it enough time. You do have to be regular with the daily check ins and adding in your meds and supplements, symptoms etc. I’ve been using now for a full week and starting to see helpful trends and insights, and the check ins themselves are good reminders to be intentional about my time and energy. Would like to see more check ins available during the day like I previously wrote. But overall, and especially considering how affordable this app is, it’s a great tool.

### 3/5 — Por favor, adicionem português no idioma

*2026-08-02*

Seria incrível, por favor, adicionem português

**Developer response:** Hi jujubsssssssxx, thanks for asking about translations. It's a popular request, but the software we use means we'd need to rebuild the app for each language, which is more than our small team can manage right now. We do hope to offer more languages in future. Sorry for the disappointment, and let me know if you have any questions. Best wishes, Jesse

### 3/5 — Has potential, needs improvements

*2026-08-02, version 1.0.605*

I’ve used this app for a few months and it has a lot of potential and is one of the better health trackers available, but the Insights feature is held back by how it analyses data.

Everything seems to be grouped by calendar day, so symptoms that happen in the morning can end up being linked to factors that didn’t occur until later that day. This can create correlations that don’t make sense and makes it harder to trust the insights.

I’d love to see symptoms and factors analysed by time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, overnight) or with configurable time lags. That would make the correlations much more meaningful, especially for people with digestive issues, migraines, chronic illnesses or symptoms that fluctuate throughout the day.

If this was improved, I’d happily increase my rating because the rest of the app is excellent.

### 5/5 — So great

*2026-07-23, version 1.0.605*

I am not good at journalism but this is helping me so much and If you are interested get the app

### 5/5 — Thanks!

*2026-07-22, version 1.0.604*

Thanks to the heroes program, I got a free subscription! But even the free part of the app is very helpful

### 5/5 — So far…

*2026-07-21, version 1.0.604*

So good…

### 5/5 — Great for chronic health management

*2026-07-21, version 1.0.604*

Really love this app, helped me track my health throughout a chronic illness flare, helped me see what helped me get better through its health factors feature. 100% recommend

### 3/5 — Tell me it is a paid app upfront

*2026-07-19, version 1.0.602*

I went through the whole process of adding in information and even the cute bear you adopt.

Then it tells me I have 7 days free and then I can pay $50 to keep going.

No one wants to change medical info every 7 days so this really is a paid app not a free one and should be advertised as such.

A little upset I wasted my time, although it did look very user friendly.

### 5/5 — Actually has all the things I want to track!!

*2026-07-19, version 1.0.602*

I’ve had a Fitbit charge 2 and have been wanting to track my CFS with little success because Fitbit doesn’t have the features for energy limiting illnesses. This is the first app I’ve seen where I can actually sync my Fitbit to monitor this without having to buy a new device! I can also track how my ADHD medication affects me which is fab since my psychiatrist has been asking for a health journal for ages and I haven’t done it. So everything I need in one place 10/10

### 5/5 — Most comprehensive tracking app I’ve tried

*2026-07-17, version 1.0.602*

Just started using this app today and WOW. The free version has almost everything that it offers so it is very helpful for myself (a student with low income) to be able to track my chronic illness for future specialist appointments. I love that it allows you to add your own symptoms, track the severity, and to add food tracking as well! I especially appreciate the opportunity to add daily gratitude because sometimes we can forget the good things in life when we are hurting. Thanks guys!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-07-17, version 1.0.602*

Really like that I can adapt the tracking and can choose whether or not I’m consistent. The attempts at presenting correlations can be improved, but it hasn’t lessened my appreciation for the app.

### 5/5 — Really useful would definitely recommend !

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.602*

I downloaded this app on a bit of whim and have found it to be very well designed and simple to use. I was pleasantly surprised that barely anything is paywalled. I have a few chronic health issues and it prompts you well to be able to track what you need in a really simple way. Would definitely recommend !

### 5/5 — New to app

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.602*

I just downloaded this to help me sidequest my symptoms because I feel like I’ve been misdiagnosed by my family doctor. I need to track my symptoms to get a formal diagnosis when the time comes. This app is helping me track my daily life to help with that.

### 5/5 — Helpful for Spoonies

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.602*

I was looking for a “spoonie” app and this app is perfect for what I was searching for! It actually offers more than I was looking for, which is great!

### 3/5 — Too much for me

*2026-07-15, version 1.0.602*

As a person with adhd I found this extremely overwhelming. All of the areas to fill stuff out and figure out symptoms and groups, etc.. it felt like a full time job. I had to delete it but I do see the value - if one is good at navigating all of the areas and is committed to filling everything out. I thought it was too much - had it been simpler it would be great to use.

### 5/5 — Best Wellness App Ever

*2026-07-14*

Bearable is so very “costumizable” and easy to deal it; it is incredible the inteligence of their system wich does associations that you check the reports and are able to have a “holistic View” of it all to analyse and do better. Im on it over a year, its the best ive ever had!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Seriously lacking

*2026-08-21, version 1.0.607*

This app is seriously lacking. It seems more invasive than helpful. It doesn’t let you track things through out the day in an organized timely way. It just groups things and basically is fishing for info on things that they sell and use for their profit. The person who created this doesn’t care about the people using this.

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2026-08-19, version 1.0.607*

I can’t see anything in my profile, edit goals, or sync with Apple health. FAQ s are no help.

### 1/5 — Reads data doesn’t write

*2026-07-31, version 1.0.605*

The marketing makes it sound integrated with Apple Health, but in reality it mainly pulls data from Apple Health rather than contributing useful symptom and pain data back to it. If you're an iPhone user trying to keep all health information centralized in Apple Health, this app falls short. Without two-way integration, I don't see much value compared to alternatives that actually write health data back into the Apple ecosystem.

### 1/5 — Extremely annoyed

*2026-07-12, version 1.0.602*

idk what the hell happened but after using this app for two years i have a lot of customizations and such｡ all of the sudden i open the app this morning and they're all gone ??? all the additional physical pain symptoms i added and have been tracking for years is just gone and my data for those, i have to add them back AND lost years of tracking for those symptoms｡ i am extremely extremely annoyed i almost don't even want to use this app anymore for that

### 1/5 — Doesn’t help us

*2026-06-07, version 1.0.597*

Doesn’t help us

### 1/5 — Not Easy to Navigate

*2026-05-22, version 1.0.595*

Great idea. Way too complicated to actually use.

### 1/5 — Non responsive support team trying to take my money

*2026-05-20, version 1.0.595*

I tried to cancel the subscription so they wouldn’t charge my account and the support team is just ignoring my request and bombarding my inbox with requests to review an app I already told them I don’t want. So here I am! It’s got a confusing analytic system and a non responsive money hungry support team. DO NOT OPT FOR THE TRIAL- IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND THEY IGNORE YOU AND KEEP TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY.

### 1/5 — Can’t use app

*2026-05-13, version 1.0.594*

Would love to use the app, except a white screen pops up every time i open the thing. Can’t exit out of it or anything. Wishful thinking

### 1/5 — Wouldn’t let me do anything

*2026-05-12, version 1.0.594*

I really don’t like apps like this. They pretend to be free then wrap you up in tons of screens. I just wanted to see if I could logon and quickly log a symptom and get a timestamp. It failed miserably.

### 1/5 — Tried it. Didn’t Work for Me. Cancelled and Still Got Billed For a Year

*2026-04-01, version 1.0.590*

I tried it and it just didn’t work for me. Too complicated and nonintuitive I still got billed for a year after what I thought was a two day trial run. Won’t refund the $38 yearly charge. Be careful!!!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Love this App!

*2026-08-20, version 1.0.607*

I appreciate the effort put into this app and it really shows in its interface. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Great helper

*2026-08-14, version 1.0.607*

Bearable helps me not only keep track of my personal care metrics, it is customizable to my specific needs, making it an invaluable tool in leading a healthy lifestyle.

### 5/5 — Pretty good app!

*2026-08-10, version 1.0.607*

My mum told me to use this app to track a majority of my symptoms. Of course, it cannot track everything but a vast majority it can - which is great!

You do have to pay for some features, however I find that I don’t need them and the features that are free is broad and helpful!

The app is also great as a journal as you can track how you feel throughout the day and at the end of the week (and month) it gives you a report! I would 100% recommend this app 💕

### 5/5 — Exactly what I wanted

*2026-08-07, version 1.0.607*

This is exactly the kind of app I wanted and I’m so glad I found it. I’m a data nerd and wanted to track how different things were effecting my mental and physical health and this does just that.

### 5/5 — Grateful

*2026-08-06, version 1.0.607*

I was tracking my health for some severe health problems. It turns out that I have a brain tumor. More than ever, I am grateful to have an app that’s easy to use, to track my health symptoms. I’m able to get to know myself and my triggers better. It’s also helping me be aware of what to communicate to my medical team.

### 5/5 — Helpful App

*2026-08-05, version 1.0.607*

Finding this app has been incredibly helpful for tracking health information. I cannot recommend it enough. I greatly appreciate that the app is usable as the free version.

### 5/5 — So much more

*2026-08-05, version 1.0.607*

Bearable has been amazing at helping me track and figure out correlations between symptoms and triggers. It has made it so much easier to communicate what is happening in real time to my DRs. It has so much more than I ever expected it to be. If you’re debating whether or not to use it, just do it! It’s so worth it

### 5/5 — Easy to keep up with

*2026-08-03, version 1.0.606*

I’ve tried a lot of tracker apps, and I’ve been able to keep up with bearable most days. I have adhd, so there’s the irony of constantly downloading tracking apps just to delete them. I think with bearable, however, I find the UX to be friendly and I like how easy it is to customize. I’m still getting a hang of what factors and symptoms I want to keep track of, but so far I’m enjoying it and found the app to be simple yet affective 🥰

### 5/5 — Extremely useful App

*2026-07-29, version 1.0.605*

I used Bearable in the past but didn't keep it up and kept forgetting, this is normal for me. I have all the common problems: Bipolar 1, depression,
ADHD, anxiety disorder, heart disease, blood clotting disorder, etc.

But since January I have been having symptoms that don't fit with those. I started trying to keep up with them, but kept forgetting. AND THEN, I remembered BEARABLE.

Being able to add any symptoms I'm having has made a huge difference!! I have a record to show the doctor. She was amazed. I had dates, timelines, symptoms, and everything that was different than usual, like I forgot to eat, how many trips to the ladies room, what I ate, my mood and as many as you need to add for your particular situation. The doctor ordered a MRI and appropriate blood test. I found out that I don't have what I thought but I was heard by my doctor.

Bear is easy to setup and use, even a reminder so you don't forget. It's worth getting and using.
The reports tell you and your doctor how you are doing.

### 5/5 — Very useful!

*2026-07-23, version 1.0.605*

This app is super useful for tracking symptoms and what impacts them! Super comprehensive but not overwhelming, and very customizable so you can easily tailor it to your specific needs!
