## What is Bearhug It?

Bearhug is the field companion for manufacturers' sales representatives — the people who spend the day on the road, not at a desk.

YOUR ACCOUNTS
See every account in your territory on a map. Open an account to find its contacts, what it has bought from each of your lines over the last 12 months, and its full activity history — visits, sample drops, calls, meetings, emails, tasks and notes — newest first.

LOG IT WHERE IT HAPPENS
Check in and out in one tap, drop samples across several lines at once, add a note, or plan the next visit, call or task, all from the account screen. Email, call or text a contact straight from their card.

EMAIL, CALENDAR AND FILES
A clean inbox and message view for your work email, with reply, forward, archive and move, plus your calendar. Your sales collateral is in Files with your line card first: send any file as an email attachment in one tap, or pin it for use offline.

QUOTES AND PRODUCT ANSWERS
Build a quote against real product and pricing data and share it as a PDF or spreadsheet. Scan a barcode or search a part number to find the matching product from your line card. Your sales and commission statements are a tap away.

ASK TEDDY
Teddy, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions about your day from your own calendar, work email and contacts — "What's on my calendar today?", "Did Acme reply about the quote?" or "What's the buyer's phone number at Acme?". Teddy is powered by AI models from Anthropic, explains what it shares before you turn it on, and is available where your organisation has enabled it.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
Once you're signed in for the day, your accounts, contacts and pricing stay on the device. Bearhug tells you plainly when something needs a connection, and sends what you recorded as soon as you're back in coverage.

Bearhug signs in with your work Microsoft account and shows only the data your organisation has assigned to you. It is for organisations that have deployed it; a work account from a participating company is required.
