This was a great game only improvement would be a little more lore and a bit better story but other then that it's an amazing game and it was quite touching in parts.

This game is sooo so good. Reminds me a lot of Undertale. I love how it’s the perfect length of a game and the story is written very well, it’s very heartwarming. HOWEVER!! SPOILERS Missed opportunity at the end to have the mouse find his favorite food and regain his memory only to find out it’s the daughter of the bear and they reunite. I sworeee yall were gonna do that and was like whattt at the end when the credits rolled. Loved it so much tho ty!!

This game is truly special. The storytelling and overall message is beautiful. I cried while playing through the original game before I ended up buying the no ads and sequel — which is VERY reasonably priced might I add.  The best way I can describe this game is chicken soup for the soul. It will make you cry, laugh, and appreciate your loved ones. 

Thank you developers for creating such a magnificent game. It is one of my favorites. ❤️

Ich liebe dieses Spiel, es ist spannend macht Spaß und auch wenn es traurig ist, würde ich immer wieder spielen. So viele Emotionen in relativ kurzer Zeit dieses Spiel ist einfach das aller beste! Viel mehr Leute sollten von diesem Spiel erfahren!!!

It cannot be overstated the absolute quality and care that was put into this game. Every minute felt crafted with great intention and with the player’s experience in mind. I find myself wanting to replay over and over again just to catch all of the small details I am sure I missed the first time. It has been such pleasure to play and not only have I shared it with everyone I know, I feel that everyone who likes storytelling games and is comfortable with darker themes should give it a try. Since I’ve started playing it, I haven’t stopped thinking about this game. Highly recommend and will definitely be playing more games from this developer!

This is one of the most touching and beautifully done games that I’ve ever gotten to play! It’s not super often that I’ll find myself crying at the endings of things, but both the main and the true endings had me in tears for a whole host of reasons— I am in love with the Odencat artstyle, I love how the characters are designed and written, and this is 100% a game that I’d happily support again. My heart hurts but it’s a good hurt :’]

This game is absolute PEAK.

Honestly, I did not expect such a masterfully crafted game on app store, especially with the influx of cash grab slops nowadays.

The story is great, artwork is dope, and the music is easily one of the best things about this game. There’s also plenty of secrets and dialogues to explore if you’re bored, with each character having their own small story.

Do note, while you can reach the pretty happy “ending” at first without any payment, the game does lock a significant chunk of storyline behind a small fee. Worry not though, since there’s a fish minigame grinding segment you can do to gain the pass for that, but it does consume some time and require watching ads.

I’d say it’s pretty worth it if you don’t want to pay but still want to experience the rest of the game (coming from someone who shamelessly went through the fish minigame experiencing it firsthand).

I am serious about the fish minigame btw

It’s pretty much a slow, overly edgy visual novel that reads like it was written by a child. No gameplay. Either there’s lots of paid reviews, or this is mostly popular with edgy young kids.

I initially liked the beginning of the game, so much that I paid for the second part before progressing very far. I deeply regret that. This game is honestly just gross, which feels like it’s only for shock value, and it doesn’t handle sensitive content matter well at all. It’s a very basic take on what’s supposed to be the representation of complex characters with human pain. The writing is surface level and offensive considering the content, and the second part of the game you pay for definitely contains what I would consider gore despite it saying in the description there would be none. The story feels like an edgy middle school boy wrote it, and I deeply regret the time I wasted finishing the game. It’s gross and insensitive and unsettling just for the sake of being unsettling rather than having any deeper or interesting points. It also absolutely should have an age rating higher than 12+ because no one’s kid between at least 12-14 should really be playing this. I absolutely recommend skipping this and playing almost anything else.

I went into this game after playing Bluebird of Happiness, and was shocked. This game is a heartbreaking tale of death. But it was so fun to play with the pixel art style and point and click vibe. I will admit that you guys went a little overboard with the ads, having to watch two every time you want to view a memory shard, but I understand. How else will you make money? From what I understand, Diego and some other person doing the art have built these games. You are awesome. I understand how hard coding is. I will most likely be buying the ad free bundle with the second chapter. Don’t stop making games!

Hey Odencat, I really enjoyed the game; even sat through the part where you fed the cat to unlock the rest of the story for free. But after I tried to download the Fishing Paradiso and learned about the bug where the game won’t open, it somehow infected Bear’s Restaurant and now I can’t open the app anymore. Please see if there’s anything you can do, I really wanna play again! T-T
