## What is BeaSmart?

Thirty comments under one post, all asking the same thing. Twenty DMs waiting
since last night. And the sale depends on how fast you answer.

BeaSmart automates your Instagram communication: it answers comments and DMs,
carries the conversation to the end, and books the appointment in its own
calendar.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

Someone comments "price?" under a post. The reply appears publicly, and the
same second it continues in DM. There the conversation ends in a booked
appointment or a delivered file, with no link pulling anyone out of Instagram.

THREE JOBS

Reply. To comments and DMs, at any hour, in the language the person wrote in.

Capture. Name, number, what they asked, when they last came. Duplicates merge,
numbers clean themselves up.

Book. Open slots, confirmation, reminder, rescheduling, cancellation. If you do
not work in fixed time slots, you set how many appointments you take per day and
Bea counts for you, instead of offering hours that do not exist.

No blocks to drag, no diagrams to draw. You write what you want: when someone
comments "price", reply publicly and continue in DM, then offer booking if they
ask for a time, or send the link if they want the material. Bea assembles the
whole flow from that, branches and steps included, and you adjust whatever you
do not like.

You rehearse it inside the app, before a single client sees it.

When a question falls outside the rules, AI takes over and answers from your own
information. You decide how much it handles.
