It’s been 4 days my product didn’t shipped yet. And the worst part is that there is no customer care team to talk or to complaint. The outer packaging looked fine, but after removing the plastic wrap, I found the product seal already broken. The protein also smelled strange, almost like wheat flour, and looked questionable. The worst part was Beastlife’s terrible customer support. Chat support never responded, calls went unanswered, and there wasn’t even a proper way to raise a complaint. Tried Beastlife because of all the Instagram hype, but this was a very disappointing experience. Sending a product with a broken seal and then ignoring customers is completely unacceptable.👎 ### 1/5 — Customer Support and Order Tracking *2026-05-13* I had placed an order during their sale, on 10th May. As soon as I placed the order I only got a confirmation mail that my order was placed. After that nothing no update no tracking no email just bombarded with messages on WhatsApp regarding different products. The reason I placed the order was because it showed delivery by 11th May. After repeated attempts of contacting customer support, I got hold of a number in their application, whose services are terminated. Their is no way to get in touch with anybody to know the status of the order, as of 13th May the order has been assigned to shiprocket but still no tracking is available no update is available for something which was supposed to reach me yesterday this is completely negligent and misleading behaviour. This shows these people don’t care about the customers. Also I was given a shaker for free and it showed during checkout free. I placed an order with the correct mobile number, but Beast Life somehow recorded the wrong number in my order. Now they keep trying to contact that incorrect number instead of fixing their own mistake. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting them to correct the number or simply cancel my order, but there has been no proper response or resolution. There is no reliable customer support to speak to, and getting help feels impossible. A simple issue has turned into days of frustration because of their negligence. If a company can’t even fix its own mistake or provide basic customer support, it doesn’t deserve customers’ trust. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be ordering from Beast Life again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There is no customer care number available. Tried to contact on what's app and email but not received any update. If you guys don't have products and can't handle customers so why you are selling your products. For 1st time it's a worse experience. They usually call from their personal numbers.
