I’ve had many dieting apps and this has been the best for tracking. It’s also great because it consolidates my workouts and tracks my macros all-in-one. Not to mention the technical support is amazing. They get back to you within 45 mins or less and use the best troubleshooting techniques.

Great app, I’ve been using this for multiple years now. My one single complaint is the “scroll wheel” to enter the weight used during a workout. Get rid of the scroll wheel!!!!! Or at least make an option where we can enter weight used with a number pad versus the scroll wheel.

Changed my workouts. Helps me stay consistent and disciplined to train everything even the muscles I don’t want to do. Makes it easy to track and super useful rest timers so I don’t have to switch to my clock app. Automatically ups the weight for you and or volume every workout. Has tons of workout plans. Recommend for everyone. I have achieved a physique I am proud of through this app naturally at 6’5” from 170lbs-210lbs lean. These programs are legit. Give it a try. You won’t regret it and your body will thank you later.🔱

Can't fault the hypertrophy portion of the app. However, I found that the app is not intuitive when it comes to account management on the user side - in fact, you can't make ANY changes without contacting their support team. Which, if you're using iOS, is not viable through the in-app portal - it says a message was sent but rest assured, it wasn't. If you want to cancel your subscription, you'll need to send an email directly (found on their website). Was charged $100 for a subscription I did not want, and was declined a refund because this business flat-out doesn't provide refunds, even when progress is limited by their app's unreliability or lack of functionality. It almost begins to feel like this system was designed to draw you in, and engineered to make it impossible to escape without paying a high price for it. I can not recommend this product or service to anyone based on their shifty business practices.

App is kind of buggy. I often have to force quit the app and re-enter sets. AI scan is not usually very accurate (to be expected probably). The workouts are just not for me personally. Needs more exercise selection for substitutions.

The app crashes every time I use it. Programs in it are good, but you have to have it open the whole time without locking your phone. Every time I unlock my photo to rest a set, it crashes, signs me out and makes me log in again then I have to start from scratch. It’s frustrating dealing with this during workouts. Been using it since January and issue as been on going.

The workouts are great for beginners but the AI function is limited and is the reason I got the app - the AI feature only lets you scan a few times per month, honestly you’d probably be better buying a dedicated AI nutrition scanner or using google gemini than this and then just youtubing some workouts. 

The app is fine for the first year of fitness, but offers nothing for people who’ve been working our for 2-3+ years. Won’t be subscribing again unless major changes are made. I do feel like I wasted my money unfortunately.
