### 2/5 — Really?

*2026-01-09*

I would give this app 5 stars but there are key elements missing.

1.Not available for iPhone

2.No midi in.

3.Screen blacks out and will not work without Audiobus or AUM.

**Developer response:** Hey - thank you for the review! An iPhone version might be available down the road.

Can you please elaborate on the MIDI In and blackout comments? Beat Scholar does take MIDI Input, and I’m not aware of the blackout issue - you can also email info@modalics.com

### 5/5 — Good stuff!

**Developer response:** Thank you! We’re really glad you liked Beat Scholar!
