Its made visualising rhythm a piece of cake! (Or should that be a slice of pizza ☺️. The drum samples are high quality. The interface soon becomes intuitive. Being able to change time signature at any point adds to the groove potential. Also it’s unfair to give an app a low rating because you object to having to register to get a free trial. I want the developers to continue to support this app and low ratings might put some people off from even trying it and so not buying thereby reducing the revenue of the developers which in turn makes it not worth their while to update it. TRY IT! The registration process is painless! ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL *2024-05-18* The app wouldn't let me do anything until I clicked start trial and then it made me start paying for the app. BTW the prices are WAY TOO HIGH. HORRIBLE APP. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ### 4/5 — Best drum app for iOS *2023-07-09* Don’t hesitate. Buy this app. If it is on sale, buy this. It is the best drum machine you can find for iOS and perhaps as a plugin overall. Two things that need some work are the menu saving and presets. Changing from MIDI is also sometimes hit and miss as the keyboard doesn’t correspond to the patterns. The menu save can’t be deleted so you must save to a file which is very tedious. Also the presets could get some updates or some user exchange library because the good presets are for TRAP, and I hoped for more genres considering what this app can do. I also don’t like that sometimes it will crash a DAW if it doesn’t like loading a preset from a file. So I hope this helps the dev constructively, and I will upgrade and update this to 5 stars as it gets more updates/upgrades because it is 5 star worthy. It just came out for iOS so I give this awesome dev time to work on it as they already fixed some crashes. I signed up for it but it won’t work unless I pay, and I’m not doing that unless I get a chance to try it out first. ### 5/5 — Great app and customer service *2023-06-08* Thanks to the devs for an incredible app and customer service experience ### 5/5 — Brilliantly brilliant *2023-06-08, version 1.4.11* In my opinion some very odd reviews here - I think it’s only fair to rate an app having actually used said app? I for one have used the app and it’s very fun and very addictive with a great balance of “do” and “happen” If I had one wish (unless I’ve missed something) it’s to have something like a song mode perhaps. It appears that while one can select and change patterns there is no way to play them in one after the other as a chain? That way I could just let it do it’s thing. Other than that I absolutely love it. ### 5/5 — This is the greatest *2023-06-07* I only think of beats in terms of Pizzas now. The preset patterns extremely varied, amazing, and worth the price alone. I highly recommend this app. ### 5/5 — Incredible for intentional rhythm programming *2023-06-04* Already a fan of the PC plugin, this allows my iPad to take a bigger role with my hardware and AUv3s. Really fills a niche too in that there’s not much like it that lets you intentionally program feel on the AUv3 MIDI side. Feature suggestion: Custom MIDI CC layers in separate lanes. Would be amazing to control say, amp decay on a drum machine! ### 1/5 — Impossible to sign up *2023-06-04, version 1.4.11* Tried several times to register the app. Wouldn’t let me sign in with Google, wouldn’t let me sign in with Facebook. Wouldn’t recognise the iPad keyboard when I tried to sign up with email. Finally took the iPad off the keyboard then it let me enter my details using the on screen keyboard.
