## What is Beau 2023?

Beau is the all-in-one app from Blink and Het PoetsPaleis. From the shop floor to headquarters, this app makes sure everyone stays connected. An email address is not required, just a smartphone with internet access.
Anyone with a little familiarity with the use of social media can start using it immediately. The interface is clear and easy. And best of all: all information and conversations can be found in one central location.
What are the benefits of Beau for the domestic help?
Beau makes full use of the potential of internal communication and reaches all employees, even when they are working at the client's houses.
Via the app, domestic helpers can consult their schedule. Last-minute changes are thus immediately available. Requests for leave or reports of illness can also be sent via the app. Misunderstandings are avoided and requests can be processed more quickly.
The domestic help can also use the app to ask a question directly to the consultant, who can respond via the same channel. These conversations can also be translated by the domestic help.
