## What is BeautiDesk?

BeautiDesk is a daily operating desk for Australian beauty salons, nail studios, brows, lashes and med spas.

The iPhone and iPad app gives owners, managers and front-desk staff one place to manage the day: appointments, clients, services, staff, confirmation queues, SMS balance and studio setup.

Built for real salon flow:

- See today's run sheet and appointment status at a glance.
- Create bookings, add clients and update client notes.
- Review calendar, staff load and service demand.
- Manage services, team status and studio policies.
- Track SMS confirmations and YES/NO reply workflow.
- Use the iPad layout as a front-desk command center.

BeautiDesk is designed for beauty businesses that want a professional branded booking system without sending customers into a marketplace. Customer data stays centered around the merchant's own workspace and booking experience.

The iPhone and iPad app uses merchant login, live workspace sync and Apple in-app purchases for BeautiDesk plans and SMS credit top-ups. First release availability is Australia-only, and SMS credits apply to Australian mobile numbers only. Advanced membership and Apple Wallet workflows are shown only as merchant-controlled customer care tools until live setup is enabled for a workspace.
