Sembra molto carino e non ci sono acquisti in app a meno che non vuoi la pubblicità. Ho cominciato da 1 giorno e sento già che il seno si sta ingrandendo. Spero che al più presto si vedano un po’ di risultati.🤞😊

I really like this app! Although it is simple & streamlined in its approach, that is what gives it its "power." One is not confused or overwhelmed with some many topics to choose from. The directions are clear and dramatized to ensure I can SEE (in action) how I should look completing the exercise. The additional tips information that specifies how & why this particular move is effective are EXCELLENT! The timer is easily adjustable for any fitness level. The focus on ONE CORE area of the body at a time, is Brilliant! LOVE it!!!! Thank you!!!! :)
