### 4/5 — Très bonne appli, mais un bug me bloque pour passer en Premium

J’aime beaucoup l’application, elle est pratique, bien pensée et répond à mes besoins pour organiser mes produits de beauté (makeup, skincare, cheveux, etc.). L’interface est claire, la possibilité d’ajouter des photos, des dates, des catégories et sous-catégories est vraiment un plus. 👏

Je voulais acheter la version Premium (surtout l’option “lifetime”) pour profiter pleinement de l’appli, mais malheureusement, un bug me retient.

👉 Le problème : j’ai ajouté certains produits (notamment un shampoing sec et un dissolvant), et quand je clique dessus, l’application se ferme automatiquement. Je ne peux donc ni les modifier ni les supprimer. Ça ne le fait pas avec tous les produits, uniquement certains. J’ai peur que ce bug persiste même en version Premium, et que ça m’empêche d’utiliser l’application correctement.

Ce serait super si les développeurs pouvaient corriger ce souci, car j’aimerais vraiment continuer à utiliser l’app à long terme !

It’s my personal opinion that more people would use this app if users were able to customize the look and feel of the layout…

I’d like to be able to delete any sections I don’t plan on using such as the Project Pan tab, as well as set the background color to white as the black background is jarring against the white background of my beauty product images (especially paired with the difficult to read font type & color).

If you're like me and want to create your own beauty database, I suggest downloading Memento Database. It’s an intuitive app with that uses A.I. to generate what you prompt it to, so there’s no learning curve associated with it!

Приложение хорошее , но жалко что нельзя продукты, у которых закончился срок годности , отправлять в архив или список желаний , а не просто удалять .

Для меня бесплатных 15 позиций было наоборот достаточно, чтобы понять, подошло это приложение мне или нет

Предложения: 
 —Было бы здорово, если бы можно было сортировать внесенные продукты в ручную (порядок продуктов в списке), а не как мне, пришлось всё удалять и только тогда добавлять в необходимом мне порядке (а чем больше средств, тем больше времени уходит на это) 
 —Добавить видимую дату окончания срока годности в полосе продукта (после фото товара и названия), чтобы не приходилось каждый раз заходить к какому-то конкретному товару в карточку и проверять там, а когда же закончится срок годности 😅

 Надеюсь вы реализуете в дальнейшем эти мелочи 👉🏻👈🏻

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте, новая версия приложения позволяет видеть дату окончания срока годности продукта сразу же. Сортировка продуктов вручную пока не реализована, но можно будет сделать это в будущем.

Отличное приложение, удобно и все сразу видно, находка для людей с большим количеством косметики) 
Рассмотрите возможность добавления хотя бы двух фото продукта в карточку, было бы просто супер🙌🏻

I love the name and idea, but needs a lot of improvement. Too confusing and stressing. Would love for autofill and for the app to scan barcodes for easier filling of info about the products. I downloaded it mainly to have my entire makeup and skincare collection on my phone. Inputting names, color, etc, on ALL of my stuff is time consuming. Would love for a barcode scanner and for products to be able to just switch from skincare to makeup without having to deleting from one and creating a new entry on the other section. Tried putting my Pat McGrath Labs collection but apparently it’s not even on the system. Idk it just needs a lot of improvement.
*Honestly hire me cause I have A LOT of ideas for improvement for the app.

**Developer response:** Hello, thanks for your review. Unfortunately there's no database with information about all the products in the world. I tried to use one database with products' names and photos (no colors, terms, prices - it's just impossible), but got a lot of complaints about many products missing there and disabled this support. 
You can move a product from one section to another: edit it and select a type from another section, no need to remove it.

- слишком дробная, перегруженная навигация по приложению
- нет сканера баркодов! это прям самое мощное, уничтожающее всю надежду на вашу прилагу разочарование :( добавьте, пожалуйста, его. в описании приложения про сканер написано.
- поиск по батч-коду был бы второй киллер-фичей, мне кажется.
- оч. неудобно вводить даты (iphone xr, ios и версия приложения самые актуальные).
- классно, если бы для продуктов из вашей базы подсасывались оттенки, пикчи и др. параметры (а то добавила консилер первым в коллекцию и увидела, что приложение предложило в качестве цветов оттенки красного) втф)) 

дизайн и UX, имхо, очень отличаются от стандартов эппла, и это, честно скажу, дико неудобно.
но я бы забила на внешние странности, если бы приложение позволило мне занести в коллекцию всю мою косметику, не требуя от меня каждый раз вводить кучу параметров. вот бы просто просканить все, что можно, что нельзя — по батч-коду найти, а все, что не найдется, уж тогда добавить сразу в общую базу, чтобы следующий юзер уже мог на раз-два найти.
хочу такое что-нибудь уже найти, но никому во всем аппсторе не нужны мои деньги. :(  

в общем, пока что это скорее приложение, которое требует от меня времени и сил, а не экономит их, но жду апдейтов.

Добрый день! Приложение крутое, но не удобно, что нельзя посмотреть расходы по категориям. То есть отдельно увидеть стоимость удодовой косметички, отдельно декоративки и тд

Downloaded this to try because it’s a great concept. Went to add my first item and it wouldn’t let me leave the section to select the type of product. I’d select something and it would reopen that tab. Clearly the app needs work

Понятие «в скором времени»-соответствует прошедшим десяти дням?вы сказали что исправите прогу,а по факту она как вылетала так и вылетает .

Хорошее приложение, но можно добавить только 15 продуктов, остальные только по подписке. Почему так мало? Сделайте хотя бы 25.

В самом начале разработки мы экспериментировали с количеством бесплатных продуктов и постоянно получали отзывы вида "почему приложение становится платным?" после любого количества продуктов, будь то 10 или 50. В принципе, 15 продуктов обычно хватает, чтобы понять, будет ли Бьютистика достаточно полезной для вас, но мы можем немного изменить это количество в ближайшем обновлении.

The store already tracks my spend on their app, I just need to look up batch numbers and be aware of expiration dates. This doesn’t allow any of that. Plus it forces me to tap through a bunch of screens of instructions just to let me down. Pass.

We didn't add batch codes to the app because it's an unreliable method of getting product info, it can provide wrong information and users will be very unhappy with it. You can see expiration dates and get such notifications in the app. The instructions are created to introduce our useful features.

Просьба сделать так, чтобы было видно число последнего использования в версии на русском языке, т.к в строке видно только следующее: «Использовано 5 (пример) раз, последн…- а дальше не вмещается дата! Ее не видно на экране!

Из всех приложений, это для меня оказалось наиболее удобным. Радует, что можно контролировать срок годности. 

В рутине круто было бы добавить выбор произвольных дней в течении месяца, а не только повтроняющиеся дни недели. 
Например, мне врач назначил вывод активов постепенно, каждую неделю это разный день недели. Я бы хотела выбрать и распланировать эти произвольные дни. 
Сейчас же мне пришлось через «другое» редактировать каждую неделю, чтобы вывести этот крем.

Edit: 5 stars! Thank you for fixing the crash issue so quickly! Looking forward to the upcoming features. 

I love this app but with the recent update every time I try to select the product Type or edit it in an existing item, the app crashes. Please fix this !! I also noticed when filtering by product type, selecting an item and then going back, it doesn’t retain the filter so I have to constantly re-filter. Also would it be possible to add the date I started using an item? Would be pretty useful for panners. And what happened to the tags? They never worked for me but was hoping it would get fixed and become usable.

**Developer response:** Hello, sorry for the Types issue. I just uploaded a fix to AppStore, it should become available soon. 

As for the start date, right now you can add a "period after opening", then it'll be possible to add a date when you started using an item. I can also add a possibility to add this date even without PAO being added to the product.

I'm sorry for the tags, this field should be never shown to users as it is unfinished right now. I'm planning to prepare a big update that will include tags, the overall collection view improvement and more UI changes, but it will take some time. 

Could you please also record a video with the filtering issue and send it to admin@beautistics.com ? I couldn't reproduce it on my phone, but maybe you mean something different.

Приложение супер. На мой взгляд, очень нужна ещё функция сканирования и возможность сортировки по сроку годности. 
Например, заходишь в категорию, где 20 продуктов и уже видишь, чем нужно пользоваться в первую очередь. Было бы очень удобно

Все круто. Только сделайте пожалуйста возможность просмотра названия средства полностью не только в режиме редактирования ( при касании что ли…) и было б неплохо если б появилась возможность копирования целиком (например при одинаковых пробниках или повторной покупке). Спасибо.

I love this app! It’s perfect for anyone who likes to have project pans and track their uses on eyeshadows and other products. My one suggestion is I wish we could like have an area where we could make routines, so that we could  put the products that we use for an everyday look all in one space, so you can easily add the uses in one spot, without having to scroll through your whole collection

На данный момент такой функции нет, и не очень понятно, в каком виде другой пользователь должен получить этот список. Вообще мы ведём работу над онлайн-версией Бьютистики, которая будет помогать в редактировании коллекции в браузере, и там можно будет добавить разрешение для другого пользователя на просмотр вашей коллекции.
