I was loving the game and had actually spent $$. Then the game froze with the hire a robot. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling. Still frozen !

I finished the home restoration part and it gets to the part where it says what the rewards are, then the page gets really dark and it just freezes. I can see where it says continue but the screen is very dark and when I hit continue, it doesn’t do anything. When I leave the game and come back it just goes back to the home restoration page and freezes up again. It doesn’t let me access the map to go to the other area.

Ich mag diese Art von Merge-Aufbauspielen sehr gerne und dieses ist wirklich schön gemacht - aber diese ständigen Werbeunterbrechungen nerven und stören den Spielfluss. Reicht es nicht wenn man durch Anschauen von Werbung Bauphasen abkürzen und Boni gewinnen kann? Muss die ständig unaufgefordert aufpoppen? Mir hat das jedenfalls den Spass verdorben und werde es daher wieder deinstallieren.

They took away the unlimited energy for 10 minutes at the end of the 7 days. I used to look forward to my seventh day to actually get stuff build. good game but i will look for another one since it is hard to build in the small amount of energy given it runs out quick.

As I move items around the board they are very difficult to place in the spot you intend. What happens to me is that I’ll be lining up a group of five and during placement the item will jump onto one of the others making a merge three instead. Very irritating.

Reply: Sorry, already deleted it.  Your game is one of many reskins and I’ve played several and only ever had the issue with yours.  Best of luck with the fix.

Great job at producing a great version/concept if the merge genre. Wish there was more events in other lands, but all in all, excellent job!!

The bunny event us about to end in 10 minutes. I have been trying to log in since 4:30PM CA time, and no matter which communication I switch to (Wi-Fi/cellular data, iPhone 13 version 16) it just won’t let me in. I still have over 300 energies for the event, and now I cannot use them

I really love this game but after clearing the home island, it’s frozen on a loading screen :( I really don’t want to lose my progress, but I don’t know what to do.

Started out loving the game until the special events started! Then I kept getting the prompt to get connected to the internet. I was connected. The game kept me from being ranked and did not receive any prizes. Notified customer support. No fix! No prizes! No help.    No stars!!!

アップデートしたら凄い遊びにくくなった。
見た目もごちゃごちゃしててるし、全部同じような色だし。ミニゲームで貰えてた体力も無くなったし。昔の方が可愛かったし遊びやすかった。このままだったら辞める。

繁栄コインも最大なるまでの種類増えて最悪。
課金しろ感がアプデでさらにって感じ。

It just changed the design of the game, and I absolutely hate it. I’ve been playing this game for a couple of months now, and it used to be so aesthetically pleasing to me. Now, it looks like garbage and I may end up just deleting the game from my device. Seriously, I’m probably going to delete it by the end of the day.

Люблю игры подобного жанра. Такую раньше не встречала. Решила скачать, а она доползает до середины загрузки и перестаёт скачиваться.

Loving this game. As far as merge games go this is one of the best. Would be better though if the timer on the item that drops down to give more merging items could start when ready to play the game. It’s always run out of time when I’m ready to play.

The wheel works fine when you get 40. If you land on the 125 or higher slot the wheel locks up and you get nothing. Maybe just me. Love the game quite addicting. Thanks  last game should have been # 8 by my score but the cup said 11 guess I lost out again. Hard enough to get energy sometimes nothing like loosing what you are due. Thanks once again lost 325 energy on the unlucky wheel 200 in the AM and 125 in the PM. When are you fixing this issue?

This is one of my absolute favorite games! I had a lengthy review originally with feedback and every single one of them is fixed now! What a great game that they quickly find solutions to small problems. I can’t say the same for 90% of the games I play! I do just wish for the old art to return. But they even already stated they are working on that! The only things I wish would go back would be the coins and stars :) everything else looks great! Keep up the awesome work! 

Thanks SO much for putting the “mines” of the characters under the first fog unlocked and making it easier to level up when you get further. Such a game changer!
