Have to open their icon, tap on my Library, tap on the app-my other purchased apps show as well-and open it. It’s more steps, and I probably won’t be purchasing more decks that are like that from them. But I appreciate the response from the developer and the assistance. I would purchase more standalone deck from them. I purchased two Oracle decks from this app and they’ve been great. They download on my phone I up can just click on them and open them. But now I’ve purchased the Mystic shaman and it’s not on my phone I have to search in the apps for a beauty everywhere, and then open that and then go to my library and then look for the Mystic shaman. Fools wisdom was one of my favorites.. but I would be a fool with no wisdom to waste anymore money on anything on this site. All my other pre-existing BE apps are in the library but the Mystical Shaman Oracle is not, despite being one of the apps for sale in the umbrella app. When I clicked on it I was offered a free trial! I emailed customer service a week ago and didn’t get a response. I tried contacting Apple for assistance which also went nowhere.
