I am a signed model and everything. Still no response whatsoever ### 2/5 — Still pending a year later? *2025-01-12* I have a following of 40k, music artist, professional dancer and model who’s worked with big brands already. Ive been waitlisted for a year now and messaged them on IG to ask how it usually works or how long the wait time is… they have not responded but their IG liked some of my content which I found even more odd and disrespectful. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-12-04* I’m very disappointed with the administration of the app. My friend has using for years and now the app wants to charge her for an unfair penalty. She did everything correct and she has posted and the restaurant that she was liked and recognized, and the Beautypass app is still wants to charge her. However recently my account got blocked for posting late, I resolved the issue immediately and followed the instructions they gave to reactivate my account. It’s been 2 weeks now I have attempted to contact support over 7 times now and I am still getting no response from them. This is absolutely unacceptable considering I’m paying for a membership that’s supposed to give me immediate support and assistance. Thank you again for your understanding and support. ### 2/5 — Such a shame *2024-08-20* The idea of this app is so smart and it can be so successful but the bugs on the app don’t allow it to be functional. After having a reservation, the swipe button to check in was never functional, which would cause me to either lose the credit or have to get help with their support to check into the restaurant every single time. The app also often doesn’t load correctly. Beautypass seriously needs to work on the functionality of their app because it’s all over the place. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Дала все данные. Приложение мне предложило присоединиться к фейковому агентству, у которого даже профиль в инстаграм не заполнен толком. Обнаружила это спустя пару месяцев, приложение не оповестило меня. Писала в инстаграм агентства - игнорирование. Итог: не могу год пользоваться приложением. И удалить свои данные тоже не могу. Нет такой функции. ### 1/5 — App took my info but won’t let me log in *2024-07-06, version 3.1.4* The application took my photos and all my info and then says my account doesn’t exist and won’t let me log in. I wasted time filling everything out. Please delete my data since you won’t let me log in ### 3/5 — App issue! *2024-06-23* I signed up for this app. And went to log in and it says “this user does not exist” I even did forgot password and didn’t receive anything to reset it. After I uploaded and put all my info in for application I got kicked off the app!! Be careful. ### 3/5 — Only good if you have followers *2024-06-22* I was so excited to finally be apart of this app after hearing about it through a lot of my model friends. There’s so many options but the downside which I don’t like is that majority of the paces require a high follower count to be allowed to go. While I do understand that to a degree, the added layer of frustration is that the app makes you use credits (which you have to buy or purchase the monthly membership to get) in go to to use those same places. From what I have heard, it didn’t used to be this before. There are also a lot of places that you can’t even reserve unless you are a premium member. So while the app is free and yeah you can get free things, you still have to pay to get those. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-05-20, version 3.4.2* I have been with Beauty Pass for 6 years, and in all that time, I have always completed every single requirement for campaigns without issue. This is the one time there was a minor formatting difference: instead of 3 separate stories, I uploaded 2 stories, and one of the required images was included in a collage format rather than as a standalone story. In other words, I did the work, I posted the content, and I uploaded everything. they simply decided it wasn’t in the exact format they wanted. What’s extremely disappointing is that despite being a loyal long-term member, they immediately chose to penalize me financially rather than show any reasonable understanding over such a minor issue. I even spent time going back and forth with them over email trying to explain the situation, but the only thing that seemed to matter was getting paid. The most absurd part? The actual business owner of the location I promoted knows me, appreciates the service and exposure I provide, and has always been happy with my work. So being punished by Beauty Pass over a technicality when the actual partner business is satisfied is ridiculous. This feels less about fairness and more about money. Penalizing loyal members over a minor formatting issue when the promotional work was clearly done is unacceptable. After 6 years, this is how they treat people? Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2026-04-21, version 3.4.2* In Review for 2 months and you need to pay for subscription to GET reviewed to start using the app ### 1/5 — Bad customer support *2026-03-19* Got a penalty that doesn't allow me to book some things because I didn't post a product I NEVER received, 1-2 years ago... the penalty just kicked in. So silly. I pay $20 a month for this. They also have really bad food options - its not comped meals like Neon Coat, its more like an app and a drink for 3 stories which is a lot. And like 1 piece of clothing for a whole Reel lol. Not worth it imo. Absolutely disappointed. ### 1/5 — fatphobic *2026-01-27* I’ve been a signed model for years in multiple different markets and have so many plus size friends who have also been in the market for years and they have all applied to beautypass like 2/3 years ago just like me and none of us have gotten accepted but so many of my skinnier model friends got accepted immediately and it just seems funny that even though i have lost the weight and am now considered a “skinny” model, i still haven’t been accepted even when i’ve been signed to Los angeles, Miami, and Italy to big agencies as well. Very disappointing and unhelpful. Won’t be recommending anymore as this has occurred multiple times. ### 1/5 — Disrespect team *2025-07-30* BeautyPass emailed me calling it a “privilege” to be on their app, but in reality, it’s a mutual exchange, they profit from models while offering minimal respect. They often treat models as if we're just there for free food, rather than recognizing it as a business partnership. I recommend using Neon Coat instead. They’re far more respectful, and unlike BeautyPass, you can actually get paid for certain gigs through their platform. ### 1/5 — No response *2025-07-01* I’ve waited two years as a signed model and I have friends with smaller agencies that heard back immediately. I’m now signed to a larger one and have asked to re-submit my application at least but no one responds. I’d love to help out businesses as it’s a really cool model but for some reason no one responds when someone is signed.
