The Village Connect Transportation System is simply not reliable.  Frequently you will get to wait an hour for a bus ride that is promised in 6 or 8 minutes.  Management does not respond favorably to inquiries and retaliates against riders calling in for guidance.  Keep the drivers, fire the management company.
