I entered a foreign mobile number incorrectly and now the app doesn’t allow me to correct it because my passport number is locked to the incorrect mobile number. **Developer response:** Thank you for your interaction. Fix this bug. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work *2021-03-29* Entered my passport number and cell number. Tried this several times and it said it sent me an OTP, but never received one. Cannot use! To be able to assist you please send us your contact number to customer.care@iga.gov.bh . ### 1/5 — Unable to book a test to return to Saudi before 10 Days *2020-09-30* I arrived in Bahrain using a Saudi issued COVID-19 negative test certificate... No issues with entry and going about my business without any isolation. My stay is planned for 9 nights. Unfortunately, the Be Aware app indicates that I am unable to book a test (required to return to Saudi) at the Exhibition Centre Drive-Through test facility until 72 Hours prior to my 10 day Isolation period comes to an end...? But I’m not isolating? I raised a call with the 444 support team and was told my issue had been immediately escalated and I should expect a call back soon Inshallah. With no response from the 444 team and with my vacation coming to an end, I booked a private hospital appointment outside of the app to obtain the necessary negative test certificate to enable my return... It seems that the app is following old guidelines of a mandatory 10 day isolation period being applied for all new arrivals and the need for a second negative test after 10 days to be released from isolation... ### 1/5 — RF *2020-09-20* I’m trying to register with a Saudi mobile number and passport number but no confirmation code arrives I’ve tried many times. The app support link is not helpful either. ### 1/5 — Really bad experience *2020-09-19* I completed all my tests on time and it just doesn’t provide my test results and i have to keep on calling the 444 for some details..even the technical team could not resolve my issue with the app ### 1/5 — Spying app *2020-08-10* Fake app made to spy on you, you should not download this app no matter what happens. ### 2/5 — Needs more development *2020-07-15* App is highly invasive and irritating. It sends repetitive notifications every 15 minutes or even more frequently sometimes which devalues its use. Requests for photo updates are easily missed due to the high volume of irrelevant notifications. Also, since I’m an early sleeper, any request sent after 8pm is usually missed. And once that limited window of opportunity for upload is missed, there is no way to send photos. This app needs some work to be done on it to make it more user friendly! ### 2/5 — Interesting but with flaws *2020-07-14* Am concerned when someone is in self isolation at home and when random requests keep coming of photo uploads and we have no choices of sound notifications alert and keep missing the rqst the next time we pick up the mobile ( and that could be after sleep, a nap, or shower, etc etc). Within minutes you can no longer upload anymore and keep waiting for the next one only not knowing when is next one and you miss it again which comes after many hours of staring or keep checking mobile (eyes hurting by then) and you put it down and know that you have yet again missed the request! This is soo tiring. A solution needs to be provided. PS: this is without any bracelet but with GPS on. I capture correct CPR number, correct Expiry number and correct Block number. But it keeps telling me that it does not match their records. None of the details above changed. Only help is to call a doctor?? An inconvenience when you have to show your shield at places and find out I can’t as it’s taken me once again to registration!
