The interface looks like it was meant for an iPhone 2. Not nearly as many features as there should be. And why can’t you submit grading orders through the app???? When you go to the marketplace tab and click football, the years available to search are 2018 and 2019! I think Beckett created this app and then completely forgot it existed because clearly no one’s been paying it a single ounce of attention. Don’t get me wrong, I love Beckett, but holy smokes this app is steaming pile of you know what. ### 1/5 — Cards missing *2026-02-11, version 4.16* So I paid good money to have a fast turnaround and even overnighted the cards. It says delivered three weeks ago. Becketts app is showing hasn’t been received. They turned their phones off and the don’t answer emails. Pretty much the worst customer experience and I still don’t know what’s going on with my order? On the occasions I do get past the login, I’m greeted by UI from the 90’s, which provides links to various articles and services, but selecting any of them causes the app to freeze. I had been debating sending a few cards to BSG but frankly this app has made my decision for me. Thanks for that at least. ### 1/5 — Just Use PSA, their OWNERS *2026-07-27, version 5.1* 1. App’s UI was Designed in 1982, Horrible experience and impossible to navigate. No VHS grades and no easy way to do…. the only thing they do. 2. Black Labels are given at Random. There is no method there, it’s is no difference between their 10’s and Black Labels. Centers are 10 but 9.5 on an edging when every other card in the same pack will say something different. 3. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I started using Beckett because i happen to work near their Store front on occasion. I use to drop things off to save on shipping. NOW, you need to schedule an appointment just to drop off. oh but there aren’t any appointments for a month. I just needed to drop it off. It was packed right, no problem. I drove an hour and was at their door but they sent me away. 4. They are KILLING THE GAME After i was sent away and beckett lost all my business. I stayed and Noticed the customer after me has a toolbox Milwakee pack out 3 tries full of Cards to grade. They want to cater to people who are spending thousands to get hundreds of cards graded. No love for the causal trying to build a collection on a dime. DON’T Support, LET PSA TAKE THEM OVER AND PLEASE PSA. RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS, even the little guys. ### 1/5 — Non-Existent Customer Service *2026-07-10, version 5.1* They don’t follow your grading service timeline. They don’t upload orders into your account, and they never respond to customer service inquiries. It’s pretty obvious PSA is kiling off Beckett. The new CEO has not improved anything.
