## What is BecomeSocial?

Social confidence is a skill, and skills are built with practice.

Become Social gives you one small, real-world challenge a day. No lessons and no chatbots. Just you, a ladder of ten levels, and the people you already pass every day.

HOW IT WORKS
Answer a few questions and start at the level that fits you.
Get today's challenge: "Say good morning to 5 strangers", "Ask someone for a recommendation", "Invite a colleague for coffee".
Do it, then log it in seconds: how it went and how hard it was.
Complete challenges, climb the ladder and keep your streak.

TEN LEVELS
Presence, Micro-asks, Openers, Keeping it going, Groups, Regulars, Depth, Initiation, Follow-through, Hosting. From a smile at a stranger to organising your own get-together, with optional bold moves along the way, like asking for a discount just to hear a no.

EVERY CHALLENGE HAS A GUIDE
The fact that takes the fear out of it, the habit to drop, and what to do when it doesn't land. The ladder follows the graded exposure approach used for social anxiety and the research on how adult friendships actually form.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW YOUR CHALLENGE
A morning nudge with today's challenge and a check-in later on ("Found the time yet? 2 to go"), timed to the moments of your day when you're actually around people.

Works offline, no account needed, and your notes stay on your phone.

Your first month is free. After that, Become Social is a subscription you can cancel any time in your App Store settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
