Your reporting of the bug you experienced meant our development team were able to quickly release a fix so that it couldn't happen again. We can only thank you for that and hope you will continue to be a use Becon to protect your journeys despite the app issue you had. ### 1/5 — Sends out unwanted alerts *2022-04-11, version 1.6.0* Not very impressed with this app, I think it still needs allot of advancements. It has sent out alerts when it not needed twice which causes stress to the people who receive them. It might be good in a city but in the countryside where the signal can be patchy, it’s pretty useless. ### 2/5 — Keeps logging me out and alerting family that I’m inactive! *2021-11-22, version 1.0.7* Very frustrating - the app kept logging me out and notifying my family that I wasn’t ok.
