Their tech stack is terrible and stuck in the early 2000s. Weekly off line systems for some ridiculous reason. I use the app all the time. There haven’t been any major improvements to connectivity for a while. It’s so frustrating that syncing to the bank account takes so long. When I’m on the dashboard view, I can see accounts in one order. Whenever I go to transfer, they are in an alphabetical order, which makes sense to me. And whenever I tapped to view the accounts, they’re in a different order. Come on guys it’s time to update your app. Users should be able to set titles for accounts.
