Do the math, especially when you are taking advantage of the discount to buy several things. How does a med cab priced at $466 come to be $432 with 25% off? Should be over $100 off, no? More like $134? So cost $334? I’m doing this quickly in my head but you get the point. Other than that I love the selection and quality of most of the items, but the coupons drive me to get off the fence with some items. When you search at the application and the same item , the price go up! Not recommended ### 1/5 — App crashes and coupons expire before stated end times *2025-11-29, version 2025.11.0* I had a coupon for 25% off and they have a countdown time that pops up on the last day. It was good for a vanity I wanted but we were debating which top to get. It was getting to the last hour and a little after it had said I had 49 minutes left the app crashed and reset the coupons. The item was already in my cart and I was so confused why the discount had disappeared. I contacted support and they won’t honor the discount and I didn’t think to take a screenshot, why would I? I’m expecting the app to work and was about to purchase. I did quickly find a 20% off to use and purchased it still before the other coupon was to reportedly to end so that I could verify that I was indeed making a purchase before the advertised end time of that coupon but they won’t refund the difference and don’t seem to understand the issue. The response I get is very generic and strange. Support in these kinds of cases absolutely stinks. My boyfriend was able to get me the lamp that I wanted, but I’m unsure if they cannot resolve my issue. It was so bad that the odor stayed on my hands for two days after handling the package. When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I would have to pay $20 for the return. I explained the situation, and they said the smell was “normal” and that I should air the sheets out for two weeks before discussing a refund or return. That response was unacceptable. I did not want something that smelled that bad sitting in my home, especially for two weeks. It was simply a cotton sheet, and even after washing, I would never feel comfortable putting something like that near my body or my family. Between the product quality, the customer service response, and the return policy, this was a terrible experience. It’s hard to understand how companies expect to keep customers with policies like this.
