It also helps with the guilt loop that can make them worse and last longer. I wish it was easier to customize the room though, it doesn't seem like you can move anything that originally comes with the room besides the lamp. It would be really nice if I could click in to the room as well. Otherwise very nice! No ads and a one time in-app purchase if you want a few more features! But an extremely usable free version.
