The data model was flattened into Dream → Cycle (level) → Card, with four card suits (action, visualization, repetition, feedback). The home screen is now a game table where the user plays a hand of cards per level, with a discard mechanic, level-up feedback screens, and a "wins timeline" that attributes progress back to the user's actions. Levels and cards are generated by new AI edge functions (generate-level, regenerate-game-card) that read the user's full context. - Rebuilt onboarding. Onboarding was reconstructed on top of the card game, streamlined (promise/signature steps cut, notifications moved to after the paywall), with new card artwork and the referral flow preserved. - Conversational capture, redesigned. The 7-question capture flow became a single chat-like screen with a voice + keyboard composer, live transcription, and AI-generated follow-up scenes driven by the full conversation history — hardened against prompt injection via domain parameterization. - New synthesis + paywall. The AI synthesis now produces a 5-card deck (tap to flip) that grounds everything the app generates afterwards, capped by a reframed paywall ("the trade"). The dream is no longer captured upfront — it's inferred from the conversation and becomes an output of the synthesis. - Pre-launch hardening.
