You can’t even pair your phone with the bed. I wonder if the app ever worked. Or if it was just thrown in to the sales brochure. Find another base with an app that works. Nothing worse than trying to find a remote that your kids have lost and you can’t use your phone when you wanna adjust your bed.

This app doesn’t work at all.  The lights on the Bluetooth dongle light up but nothing happens.  This is a expected feature for an expensive bed.  There are reviews a year old with no resolution. Wish I had read before buying!  Hello app developers, is this not a priority?  And if not tell the sales people and the sales brochures to stop promoting it.

While connected to our BT3000, the app doesn’t control any function of the bed.  I push the controls in the app and.... NOTHING.

I have the BT 7000 adjustable base and I use the remote with the digital LCD face. The LED light on the adjustable base does not work properly with the app. The app turns on the light at the base but it won’t turn the light off. The 10, 20 and 30 min timer functions don’t seem to work either and there is no indicator to show when one is engaged. The flashlight function on the app controls the light on your phone. That makes no sense.

I was very happy to see you had an app. I’ve been stuck with a remote whose lcd display never worked so I couldn’t really use my power base. This app works well for the motor functions but please fix the lighting issue so I can turn the lights off through the app. I’ve seen other reviews with this concern. It’s not a Bluetooth or device issue it’s the software/app that’s the issue.

I have the 7000WRLS and the app turns on the lighting but will not shut the lighting off. I also don’t see a section fo setting the “gentle wake” option. If those two features on the app were fixed, it would be awesome. Everything else works well. For now, I have to unplug the bed to shut off the lights if I don’t the controller.

Works like the remote. Use it way more then the remote. Haven't had any issues. Been using for two years.
