## What is Bedtime Reminder?

Bedtime Reminder is the "put the phone away" friend you actually listen to.

Each night, it opens a short commitment window between your reminder time and bedtime. When the reminder arrives, you hold to commit: "I promise to go to bed now." That small action helps break late-night scrolling before it turns into another lost hour.

How it works:

- First reminder at your reminder time
- Follow-up reminders every 5 minutes until bedtime
- Hold-to-commit interaction to mark the night as complete
- Green/red calendar history and streak tracking
- Sleep history stored on your device


That’s it. One minute to set your sleep schedule, a few gentle taps to stay on track, and a calmer brain when your head hits the pillow.
