I wasn’t sleeping at all. I was having lucid nightmares. I don’t know if it’s because of my medication or if I’ve just calm down but yeah, ever since I started using this app. The nightmares and lucid dreams have started to fade away or be less intense and I’ve had so far two nights sleep to early to say if it works but the recordings I think needs work as I have My Phone upright against me and it still doesn’t record the sounds. I’m making throughout the night and I know for a fact when I’m lucid dreaming im probably talking and stuff yeah that needs work as fans and any sounds even sounds from the actual app interfere the voice record recordings I think but other than that I think it might be working but then again I do use my sleep music as well on Spotify an that’s always helped me to so I think maybe the sounds and the meditations might be legit ### 1/5 — horrible scary clips *2025-07-03, version 1.5.5* this app has terrifying noises that make you think they are clips of you at night. it sounds like people speaking in tongues and whispering. do not recommended to anyone, not a funny joke and all they want is for you to buy something from them. -10/10 ### 1/5 — bogus scary clips. *2025-04-20* this app almost sent me to the ER. it had several clips it was showing for a night. all 3 were the same clip and on it was a very evil spooky sounding entity that sounded like it was speaking in tongues. i was so freaked out i went into a panic attack. i had a friend then download the app and low and behold same spooky clip on theirs also. not sure why someone would mess with people like this unless its to get you to buy the subscription. all I can say is this is not a funny joke you could make someone have a heart attack. this app needs to be shut down. there isnt a zero star review or i would have given it a zero minus. ### 5/5 — Bed time *2025-03-10, version 1.5.5* Me ### 4/5 — No Times Shown *2025-03-01* It’s a great app but what disappoints is the various sleep noise recordings have no night time Times against each track. ### 5/5 — Best sleep tracker *2025-02-03* Brilliant ### 1/5 — 2:21 AM review.. I’m still awake. Soundscape Loops are awful !!! *2025-01-03* I downloaded this app to listen to white noise to help me fall asleep but they actually ended up making me stay up longer. The soundscapes are timed and repeat after either a few seconds with ocean waves, or 1 minute with the rain sound. The problem that has me reviewing this app at 2:00 in the morning is that at the end of each loop THERE IS A SECOND OF SILENCE as the sound starts over again! Imagine listening to the rain for it to all of the sudden go completely silent after one minute and then start over again. It drove me crazy as it just reminded me that there goes another minute that I didn’t fall asleep. Ridiculous that they couldn’t fade it out and back in or have longer loops like all of the other apps I’ve used. I downloaded this app because my other subscription expired and wanted to try something new and because it was the cheapest subscription. It shows the same results with no changes for every night. It records different noises but I have no idea at what time it happened. I wanted to tryout for a week and somehow got a year. Very unhappy!! And every time the app is opened it plays some musical gong. Heaven help me why. I like silence. Complete waste of money. I downloaded this app specifically because it claimed to record my sleep. After using it, there are no recordings anywhere - nothing to find to play back. I emailed the developer to ask where the recordings are and got zero response. I then requested a refund from Apple and was denied, so I am stuck paying for an app that doesn’t deliver what it advertises and has nonexistent support. Save your money and your time.
