You guys should work on fixing that and you would be better than uber & Lyft. So 3 stars until you do. ### 3/5 — Can’t add card for payment *2026-03-18, version 7.2* I cannot add a card for payment so I have to make sure I have cash on hand. Seems to be a general app issue as others I know have the same obstacle. I haven’t had a problem getting a car but I will say most of the cars are old and run down. The drivers would likely have low reviews on other apps. It just recently became an issue. The app and dispatcher been having issues with ride orders. And it’s been the reason that I’ve been very late to event or places I have to go I planned hours ahead for. Not only are the drivers very nasty but they have no respect for the passengers . When it’s not you being undressed by the eyes of your driver or the loud overseas conversation of your driver and his friend or in instances where u can barely get in and already there’s a demand for cash . If u can take Uber just do it and save your time .
