Website is non functional, their phone number doesn’t connect, their app doesn’t work (been requesting OTP for 3 days now), and their customer service email has no response. 

Socials on website also don’t link to anywhere? Feels like a dead webpage and their devices are this unusable.

Went on a ride, my building provided me with the scooters. Got charged while the scooter was paused, ended up with a 20$ bill for 20m of usage. 

Overall app is not bad, and the service is decent but unhappy that was charged for a paused ride.
