I was a first-time buyer and can tell you from experience this calculator is very accurate when you adjust the qualifying amount L-R with the slider button at the bottom. The total monthly payment and closing costs were very close to what I closed with (also with Bee). I got a very low rate and the process was very smooth. They’re in a private testing phase right now but when they release it in Florida, this is the app to use if you don’t want to bother with a bunch of phone calls, emails and stuff.
