Reading through the comments below, did you all miss the value slider on the bottom of the app where you could adjust the value slider for the purchase price? This is completely useless info as most people are buying houses 6-8x their income. Easy. Accurate. *2022-06-12, version 1.2.4* This Bee mortgage app has delivered a rather impressive calculator. It is QUICK… it’s EASY to use… and these figures are ACCURATE. I am impressed by this initial lunch and excited to learn of some of the future capability through this tool. I was a first-time buyer and can tell you from experience this calculator is very accurate when you adjust the qualifying amount L-R with the slider button at the bottom. The total monthly payment and closing costs were very close to what I closed with (also with Bee). I got a very low rate and the process was very smooth. They’re in a private testing phase right now but when they release it in Florida, this is the app to use if you don’t want to bother with a bunch of phone calls, emails and stuff.
