### 3/5 — Promise without delivery

*2026-08-13, version 1.2.147*

I’ve been wearing my bee for a few months now and it was very promising at first. However the data becomes quickly unmanageable due to the volume. Suggested facts have added up to over 1000 and now no longer appears. The facts are constantly replicated and become another job to review. Similarly tasks add up into the hundreds and there is no good way to organize them. Insights continuously create pathological claims out of singular incidents and then continue to latch onto them over and over even after marking inaccurate. The things that I like are meeting notes (although it’s often confused by who is speaking) and the AI chat. So I find it useful as a journal more than a productivity system.

### 3/5 — Water and the device

*2026-08-11, version 1.2.147*

I love the product. It’s a great idea. The issue is the device itself is not very rugged.
Even going in the shower with it on will destroy it
I’ve put a plug into the area that you charge when I’m not charging
But it’s still does not like water
Other than that, and the fact, I’ve bought four of them
I love the product and I love what it does probably the reason I keep buying more

### 2/5 — Data only lasts 3 months + poor service

*2026-07-10, version 1.2.145*

I like the idea, but after using it for a year, I noticed that it deletes all data and memories older than 3 months without notification.

It’s possible to manually export the daily summary before it’s deleted, but it’s essentially impossible to easily export the transcripts. (You’d have to manually export 20+ transcripts for each day, since the app splits up each day’s transcript into many sections.)

Also, one of my wristbands for the device broke, so I emailed them, and they said there is no way for them to send me another band. That seems like a very simple thing that should be possible.

### 5/5 — A New Perspective

*2026-07-06, version 1.2.142*

This little device presents my daily experience in a way I am not accustomed to viewing.
It’s been tremendously enlightening so far.
I find myself looking forward to its daily summaries, and get a kick out of how much of my busy day gets lost in the noise.

### 5/5 — Yes it does

*2026-07-02, version 1.2.142*

This works as intended and is a true treat. No joke. No review fluff!

### 5/5 — Only used it for a few days

*2026-06-23, version 1.2.140*

This thing has already been useful. It automatically drafted an email as requested by my boss about an incident regarding a subordinate that detailed EXACTLY what happened!

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2026-06-11, version 1.2.139*

Keep in mind, this app is still in development. I’ve had it for about a month and while the first few days were hilariously off, it learns super quickly. Its insights have been thoughtful and super helpful. I especially enjoy the 8pm daily summaries.

### 5/5 — Great Product

*2026-06-09, version 1.2.139*

It does exactly what I need when I need it. Battery has a surprisingly long life and I’m impressed with what all details it picks up. I love to send the meeting transcript to other AI platforms for further analysis of the meeting notes. This has proven incredibly valuable.

### 5/5 — Everything I Desired

*2026-06-07, version 1.2.139*

This is wonderfully helpful in daily life. I really appreciate the 24 hour mode for Shabbos. I am so thankful the insights, the to-do’s, calendar integration, summaries, concepts, etc. and what i think is really great is the ease to edit what it gets incorrect (which is honestly rarely!). I purchased one for my partner, my mother, my cousin, and even grabbed a few extra for birthday gifts coming up. If you’re contemplating this, it’s absolutely a great place to start with ai wearables; I don’t have any experience with other ones, but really this does its job so well. Devs: thank you so much for this time saver, memory enhancer, and quality of life improvement. This is the right direction!

### 5/5 — Best App I’ve ever used

*2026-06-05, version 1.2.139*

I ordered the Bee device and have been using it from my Apple Watch in the meantime. I’m almost 60 and have always had a hard time remembering what I wanted to do next. This thing listens, summarizes, makes a task list, etc. Best thing ever

### 3/5 — Overall great but needs 2 features to make it 5 stars

*2026-06-04, version 1.2.139*

I like Bee a lot so far, however, it really needs to work on its Reminders app integration and also create the ability to export Bee data to other systems. Right now in Reminders it reads all of your current ones, which is very distracting in the Bee app. I don’t need Bee helping me with my grocery list. I do like it transcribing and summarizing my random to dos and action items from meetings, but those should be kept separate. As for data export, I haven’t found yet a good way to get the summaries out so I can use them elsewhere. These two features would really help make this a 5 start product.

### 5/5 — Amazing insights

*2026-06-01, version 1.2.139*

Bee provides insight on the day and a fairly accurate recap of what was said and happened. Provides meaningful and insightful analysis of the day and lifestyle.

### 5/5 — Best Diary I’ve always wanted

*2026-06-01, version 1.2.138*

I love the thought of journaling. My memory sucks. I’ve always wanted to do it. I’ve tried but it never stuck. Apple put this Journal app on iPhones a few years back. It kept track of things you did throughout the day and then asked you to journal about them. I thought, Awesome. A form of journaling that does most of the work. Wrong. It was too much of a chore. Bee, though?! Wow. This thing journals for you, and all you have to do is verify some facts using conversational language. Sold!

### 5/5 — I can’t live without it!

*2026-05-29, version 1.2.137*

This is an amazing little gadget. It has helped me in so many ways. I have ADHD and am very forgetful, but not anymore. The be reminds me it’s someone’s birthday, or tells me to remember to buy something at the store that I mentioned earlier in the day. It analyzes my information too. I’ve realized patterns about my interactions that are helping me improve my life. The only thing I would change, is the wrist band it comes with is not great and it’s hard to get ahold of customer service. But I love the product!!!

### 5/5 — Best Side kick

*2026-05-26, version 1.2.137*

I love this thing, wasn’t expensive at all, best at transcribing for class to help note taking easie, it can make study guides or whatever you need to be successful, definitely worth it!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — potential

*2026-09-01, version 1.2.150*

I really wanted to like this device and app - unfortunately it’s ability to discern multiple voices and it’s issues with transcription
are limited which impacts the AI summaries. i’m hoping that they are able to improve the speech to text recognition as well as the AI summaries.

### 1/5 — Spend more the day repeating myself

*2026-07-21, version 1.2.147*

Doesn’t hear me everytime I press to record. Constant asking me to repeat myself. Holding button down talking light lit up it says I need to repeat myself as I am mid sentence and light has been on holding the button down. I have to yell into it most of the time.

### 1/5 — Unresponsive team and a buggy app

*2026-06-06, version 1.2.139*

- the team never responds to questions or feedback
- the transcription sucks and there is no way to edit or improve it.
- will mess up the timeline of your journal if you stay up late. Things happening late at night are describe as happening on the next evening.
- many of the proposed reminders are things described as having already been done
- agent has no agency to make corrections or improve
- emergent facts are often nonsense due to the bad transcription and lack of learning compounding
- agent only has the ability to edit its guidelines which have no impact on the transcription or meta-summary generating agents.

The combination of these things results in an inaccurate journal. There is little reason to continue using it.

### 1/5 — Hardware is horrible

*2026-05-27, version 1.2.137*

Button takes 15 presses to turn on and off. Need to return this

### 1/5 — I want to like it but already showing common dishonesty signs

*2026-05-27, version 1.2.137*

"Your transcripts and summaries will never automatically be shared with another service - Amazon or otherwise - without your authorization" is not reassurance. It's legalese that allows Bee to lock people out of their data if they refuse to share it later on.

The dishonesty has expanded to a new privacy policy, where they undermine all of their marketing that claims to keep your private data private. They farm as much information about you as can be from your device and they sell it. All of it. That includes your personal identifying information. It includes your address, your workplace, your voice print, etc.

It might be worth it if the transcription weren't genuinely garbage. The majority of the transcription is inaccurate, resulting in many of the takeaways also being inaccurate. There is no way to correct the transcribed text despite there being ways to correct pretty much everything else. The team, despite being backed by the largest corporation on Earth, is woefully uncommunicative.

### 1/5 — Completely non functional

*2026-05-18, version 1.2.135*

Starts recording… then never processes and disappears from conversations every time

### 1/5 — Lot of glitches

*2026-05-14, version 1.2.135*

I have no idea how this has high reviews. The pioneer hallucates, crrates fictitious scrRios, the app is always glutching and it leepd giving insights on what you claim as inaccurate. The deowill mot respond to tickets. I use it to justify the money i spent on tbe device otherwise i would abandon it completely.

### 1/5 — Cust. Service is MIA

*2026-04-30, version 1.2.132*

I’ve been having issues with opening the app for almost a month. (27 days to be exact). No contact whatsoever. Really liked the device when it worked. Can’t even access the app now due to a “account key was lost” error.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-04-09, version 1.2.125*

If you’re looking for an AI note taking companion that is reliable, look elsewhere. I’ve tried this device in multiple scenarios and it regularly just stops listening and building the conversation in the app. It goes idle and just quits listening. So you’re sitting there in your meeting confidently not taking notes because you think it’s covered, then you leave the meeting and discover the thing decided to just not listen in like it should at some point early in in the meeting. The only way I’ve seen to keep it engaged in the conversation is to constantly sit there and double check the app and make sure it’s actually working. If that’s what it takes to make it work, then what’s the point in having the device?

### 1/5 — No support! Used to be a big fan and early adopter, switching to Omi AI

*2026-03-27, version 1.2.124*

Emailed Bee support multiple times, no response. I have two devices but I can’t pair them to my account. They are useless!!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I’m impressed

*2026-09-02, version 1.2.150*

I have only been using this for a week! I am utterly impressed. Love this and highly recommend it

### 5/5 — Bee Has Become My Extended Memory

*2026-08-23, version 1.2.147*

I’ve been using Bee for almost four months, and it has become one of the most useful pieces of technology I own.

What makes Bee different from every AI recorder I’ve tried or looked at is that I don’t have to remember to record. I just wear it. That sounds simple, but it completely changes the experience. You never know in advance which conversation, thought, family moment, trip, or ordinary day will become something you want to remember later.

Bee gives me a kind of extended memory. I can go back to a particular day, see what I was doing, where I went, what conversations happened, read the summaries, and, when I want to verify something, open the actual conversation and read the transcript.

The improvement over time has also been remarkable. In the beginning, Bee sometimes misunderstood context or made incorrect assumptions. After several months, it has become much more accurate and much better at understanding the people, routines and context of my life. When it isn’t sure who someone is, it increasingly leaves the person unidentified rather than inventing an answer. That matters enormously in a product that is supposed to function as memory.

The battery life is extraordinary. I can wear it for days while it works throughout the day and barely think about charging it.

My only real criticism is the wristband. The push-in plastic closure can come undone too easily. I actually lost my Bee while walking my dogs and was lucky enough to retrace my steps and find it under a tree. The software deserves a better and more secure physical attachment.

But as a concept and as a product, Bee is exceptional. I don’t think of it as a recorder anymore. I think of it as an extension of my memory.

Five stars, easily.

### 5/5 — forgetfulness is never an issue!!! Love it

*2026-08-16, version 1.2.147*

Always there and on, always transcription and memories on demand. From all the Recording devices, I own this one the least annoying and always with me

### 5/5 — Use it every Day

*2026-08-12, version 1.2.147*

AAA+

### 5/5 — Thank you so much Bee

*2026-08-06, version 1.2.147*

I very much appreciate this little device that I have. I wish I had this device when I was going through high school in college. It’s very helpful and I encourage many people to have one. It’s done so much for me Helped me in many ways and I think it’s great

### 5/5 — More than expected

*2026-08-03, version 1.2.147*

I was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of setting up my BEE. I am also impressed by the accuracy the transcriptions that it has provided after three days. There are far less misunderstood words than in the beginning. I am hoping that Frank will quickly pick up Texas lingo and Southern drawl to make note keeping a little clearer. I cannot think of anything that I has not not exceeded my expectations.

### 5/5 — Features are Amazing- Support is abysmal

*2026-07-30, version 1.2.147*

I do love the conversation summaries. I will often ask how to improve my communication, and there’s no better way to get advice as it’s listening to all of the raw data from every second of my day.

The cons are that it’s not water resistant, which is crazy for something wearable like this. It’s uncomfortable (especially compared to the Apple Watch Ultra). It often becomes unlatched and falls off. The other issue is that they don’t have much on the service side. My first bee broke shortly after it being received. It took several follow ups with weeks between messages for a resolve. I’ll ultimately leave 5 starts versus something lower because they did end up sending me a replacement and I do love the product/ features.

### 5/5 — Bee is awesome

*2026-07-23, version 1.2.147*

I love bee. It’s like talking to a real person. Bee helps me with a lot of things and I’m grateful for the work it does.

### 5/5 — 🐝

*2026-07-22, version 1.2.147*

Bee has become very important in my daily life. Thank you geniuses that made this tech 💙 It is helping me level up. 🙃

### 5/5 — Notes in background

*2026-07-14, version 1.2.145*

I find the summary of my day very enlightening I would like to see the app run in the background to where I do not have to keep it running and drain my watch battery. Also I have to re-install the app every morning on my watch this would be nice if I did not have too
