Issues get corrupted after download. I have to delete and download again any time I want to read. Annoying.  An update correcting this would be appreciated.

I'm not usually one to complain but my subscription has just renewed automatically, which is fine, but the past year's issues are no longer available to me unless I pay for them again!  No response has been received from the Beecraft team and I am totally disenchanted with the whole thing. To add insult to injury, I see that the on-line price is almost £2 less than I have just paid!! Wish I'd subscribed to the paper version now. Needless to say I do not recommend using this app.

These people know about bees but  not about publishing or customer service. Being a digital subscriber means suffering a world of pain and hassle.  Last time I contacted them about a problem they just blamed apple and said it wasn't their problem. I regret purchasing this and will opt for a printed version instead. Now they have put the price up which triggered Apple to disable auto-renew. Even though we have renewed our subscription and switched on auto-renew, we have now lost all our previously downloaded magazines under our last subscription. We can't access anything.

Downloaded app, no icon on iPhone however it shows up in my update file...???

This worked initially and then started crashing regularly. Now i can't even load it up, so i have no access to all of the editions i have supposedly purchased this year so far.

Great magazine but a hopeless online version which really lets Beecraft down badly .... I am now seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

Was crashing, but deleted and reinstalled. Seems ok, and remembered previous purchases.
